She can feel how much she's hurt, she can feel the pain the way Waen held her hands. "Stop saying that! I won't let that happen! None from my family member will leave me again! No one will die!" This is bad. This—” Bella fell silent as the banshee advanced, so I raised my arm again and finally touched the creature. A gagging and gasping sound has Sara pulling away from me. “Mum!” “Stay back!” Faye yells. She’s in full-on banshee right now, and I know how dangerous getting close to a banshee can be. Everyone is on tenterhooks, watching as Faye fights the effects of the Esian. I hold Sara against me as we watch the Esian cover Faye’s entire body. She throws her head back and screams the scream of a banshee in pain, knocking everyone but Sara to the floor.

"If a supernatural's spirit fractures, only a Banshee can anchor it. You call it back to its true form. You use it's real name. A Banshee's wail binds the spirit to it's form." She stares at me. I nod once "You scream, Alessia."

21 Alessia’s Point of View: “Alessia Faye Lopez Smith,” she singsong as she held her coffee with her thumb and index and middle finger. The combination of her gold and silver bracelet was touching each other causing it to make a glamorous sound. It shined like it’s a star from the night sky. I didn’t answer and observed her carefully. With an honest vulgar insult in her eyes, she eyed me from head to toe before curving her lips to form a smirk.

We both slowly got out of the vehicle and looked around. "What does a Banshee look like," he asked me and I shrugged and suggested hideous. He laughed and nodded towards the right. I looked up and shivered at the naked ugly creature coming towards us. It's long lanky arms dragged on the ground and it's long fingers ended in sharp black talons. Long greasy looking hair covered most of its face and only one red colored eye was directed at the both of us as it approached.

However unlikely it is, this is a pack. But all I can see is Silvia looking at me like I've betrayed her. Another werewolf with hair that starts out black and ends in red, has pulled up a chair next to me. She has her legs crossed and is tapping her foot restlessly against the edge of the table. "No one gets past the Barren," she says, "There are wraiths." "How do you even know that, Maggie?" says the one with the blue-tinged skin, "You were raised by humans. How do you know any of this?"

Hurry! If only it's so easy to turn around and indeed flee from this poisonous screech of death. Banshees are known for their 'cry of death' that predicts death and does not bestow it. But this isn't your regular Banshee. Its powers have been tweaked with darkness and is now a corrupt being whose cry now bestows death on any living thing that hears it. I press my hands harder, struggling to shut the noise out. But it's so difficult and I begin to wane in energy and focus, my knees trembling and eyes going blurry.
