He sat on him and repeatedly delivered powerful blows with his fists! It took a few good seconds for Bane to defend himself, punching Axel in the face. He got up, but as he did, Lucas delivered a well-placed strike with his hand. As a result, Bane fell on his back. Lucas did not know where the adrenaline came from, but he felt that enough was enough! He had channeled all his energy and used his motivation to produce that punch. The attack stunned Bane, leaving him on the floor, groaning in pain.

*Bang* The first beast Mane crashed into was Number 1. The giant ape was almost as large as Silver, and he wasn’t about to be done in so easily. Mane’s fists only found Number 1’s arm guards. And though Mane’s fists were several times smaller than Number 1’s fingers, his punch was ferocious. Number 1 was sent skidding back several meters, and his arms shook violently due to the powerful after effects of Mane’s devastating strike.

I lowered my spike. “Now!” screamed the mouse. The female behind him threw out some kind of dust that filled the air. My eyes stung, making it hard to see. I heard the others call out in pain. Then, almost too late, I saw the spear coming right at me. I lurched sideways, so it went between my body and arm and grabbed hold of the shaft. A push-pull struggle ensued. Batman, of course, was unaffected. Not because of the outfit, but because he wore glasses. Maurice jumped in and shoved the female. Through blurry vision I saw her suddenly disappear. Not by magic, she had fallen down the hole.

This is not normal behavior! But I couldn't help it. The way he moved, all controlled power and lethal grace. Damn. In less than two minutes, all four guys were on the ground, groaning in pain. And the leader had been punched. I sat there with my mouth open like a fish. Who the hell is this man? And more importantly, why didn't he tell me he was secretly Batman? The leader from the club, reached into his pants and pulled out a knife. Oh no. My heart stopped.

It was unbelievable how Martin had so easily neutralized one of his lethal attacks. "I told you you're insignificant! It's only fair to reciprocate. Now, you should take a punch from me. Thunder Fist!" Martin roared, his voice echoing like thunder. He delivered a punch, causing the heavens and earth to tremble. Thunder suddenly cracked in the clear sky, and the speed was lightning fast. In an instant, the punch was right in front of Bertram. "Scatter!" Bertram didn't fully unleash his power, perhaps to preserve his dignity. He mimicked Martin's earlier effortless deflection of his punch, attempting to replicate the action.
