Beastboy And Raven Novels & Stories

"You promised we'd leave if it got this bad. It's worse than bad now. It's a nightmare." Jess said nothing, just stood there, the storm raging inside him matching the one outside. Finally, he rasped, almost inaudible, "I made other promises too." Reiley sucked in a sharp breath. Of course he had. Promises of loyalty. Of secrets bigger and blacker than either of them. Secrets that had dragged them into this life and would not let them go. "To who?" she demanded, voice cracking. "To them? To the monsters who use children like shields?"

Energy pulsed and wavered into the space between us. “I will find your sister and see if she is worth saving,” I let him know. Beckham convulsed and then suddenly went still. The darkness retreated dragging with it a phantom of dim dark shapeless light, as it returned to my feet and deposited it there, immobile. I turned to Wyatt, “The first installment of our vow,” I said. The Beast growled in approval from within the confines of Wyatt’s body, his skin bristled as he pushed back with the urge to shift.

began Trevor. “I don’t need pity Trevor, this might work out with killing two birds with one stone. Come on,” Raven got out of the car. Trevor followed suit. They made their way along the docks looking for a fish shop. “Need these?” They turned around to see Rouge holding wet suits and tanks. “Go home Alvin. I told Oliver I didn’t want you following me,” stated Raven. Oliver laughed, “Alvin’s a bit taller than me.” “Prove it, show your face,” demanded Raven.

“And now the deal is done, but not settled. You didn’t read the fine print, Kael. His soul was just the down payment. The final cost… is yet to be paid.” Kael’s fists clenched, power crackling at his fingertips. “You’ll have to rip it from my corpse.” Ravena raised her arms, and the earth split in two behind her. “Oh, I intend to.” In a roar of darkness, her horde charged forward—monsters born of bone, shadow, and fire. Kael shifted mid-leap, fur exploding over his body, fangs gleaming under the moonlight. He collided with the nearest beast, ripping it apart in a spray of black ichor.

I was no match for them. My foot snagged on something, a thick rope hidden in the underbrush and I crashed hard to the ground. I scrambled to untangle it, my fingers fumbling, but it was too tight, taking too long. In a blur of motion, the wolves were suddenly in front of me, circling me. And there was one wolf among them that stood out. A massive brown wolf, almost twice the size of the rest, with fur bristling and eyes locked on me. Before anyone had to tell me, I knew. This was Beta Scott.

I did everything to be a good friend, only to be treated as my so-called best friend’s scapegoat. When her husband found cigarette ash in their house, she claimed I was the one smoking. When she snuck off for a private rendezvous with her lover, she told him she was celebrating my birthday. And when she got pregnant, she pinned the blame on me again, declaring I was consumed with jealousy—that I had spiked her drink and hired someone to violate her. Enraged, her husband marched to my doorstep wielding a blade and hacked me to death. When I opened my eyes again, I had returned to the exact day she had asked me to cover for her affair.

“Okay… well, I called to tell you Raven got her wolf.” My eyes snapped open. “Wait what?” I said in shock, happy. Travis kept going, his hands sliding up my sides, his lips moving lower, just above my chest now. “She shifted,” Mom said, “but she went and attacked her boyfriend. She said he wasn’t her mate and wanted to….” She was saying but my brain was spinning. “Raven has a boyfriend?” I said, voice sharp with surprise. Travis looked up at me, smirking like he was enjoying the chaos he was causing.

I asked. Frank stopped cutting into his piece of chicken and looked up at me. "Raven is a child born in the shadows. To date, we have no idea what he is. All I know is that the Russians did a lot of experiments on the boy when he was born. He looks like death. He's pale, lean, and tall with these long fingers. He looks a lot like a Reaper.

Marcus laughed arrogantly at Raven's words. “I am ready to fight. I am ready to fight against all the bad omens and evils. I want to die rather surrender to the lusty, arrogant bastard”. Raven reply with anger while his nostrils gave a fierce sound. Marcus couldn’t tolerate his insult and pounced on Raven in a wolf form. The most awaited and fierce fight of kingdom and power starts against two powerful packs. Raven tried hard to fight against Marcus whose eyes were filled with lust for powers. … Becky got a glimpse of the mysterious wolf and decided to find him before the Red Moon completely burnt the innocent souls. She has seemed many innocent creatures were trapped and killed mercilessly

“You think you’re changing the world? You’re not. You’re cleaning it. Making space for the next monsters.” Raven stepped forward. “I’m not here to change the world.” She raised her gun. “I’m here to break it.” The shot rang out. One bullet. Right through his chest. He didn’t speak again. We torched the bunker. All of it. Elias met us outside. “Did it work?” he asked. Raven didn’t answer. I said, “Yes.” On the flight back, Raven stared out the window. “Do you think Franca’s really dead?” I asked.
