Third Person's POV Atticus and Harris walk into the backyard and are immediately greeted by the loud joyful sound of children playing throughout the backyard. There's a large bounce house where half of the kids are playing, and the other half are taking turns riding on the large bear. The children giggle as they chase behind the bear that's larger than an Alpha wolf. Beast is incredibly large and scary, but he carefully moves through the backyard with the children closely tagging along beside him. He's anything but scary to the children. He's the gentle giant as Mark calls his mate.

Thankfully, Becky isn't drunk yet but I can sense she is feeling a little bit tipsy. Once she is back from the toilet, I am taking the two of them home immediately now that they haven't gotten worse. “Oh my baby pookie, leave me alone, my baby is calling me, I want to fly to him immediately!” Ann cried out with a pout and I sighed heavily. Five minutes passed and still, Becky isn't back from the restroom. What's keeping her? His speech and articulation had been very advanced for a four-year-old, but after pouting and frowning, he finally looked his age. “But running away won’t solve the problem. She’ll still tattle to your mom,” Ed said. He didn’t know who Rosemore was, but he followed the conversation. AJ smacked his forehead. “You’re right!” Reluctantly, he grabbed his bag. “What’s your name, mister?” AJ asked. Curious before they parted. “Just call me Beast.” Ed pointed to the scar on his face. AJ laughed. “You’re not as bad as the beast,” he said.

The vendor glanced warily left and right, confirming no one was watching, before gesturing for the beastkin to approach. This was a wolfhound beastkin. He was tall and slender, with broad shoulders and a narrow waist. When he stood, he blocked out the bar lights, which cast a shadow over me. Before I could react, the vendor yanked the crude collar around his neck, forcing him to his knees before removing the rusty muzzle.

Beck glances at King, lowers his head again, and grumbles, "Not that I'm aware of." Callie decides this is a good time to jump off my lap and rub herself in circles around Beck's legs.
