Beginning Of A Novel Novels & Stories

There are so few views, now that Goodnovel provided me a platform, but I am more than happy to continue this story and perhaps, make it my first completed novel. So now allow me to talk about the novel itself. I have talked to my editor about it and I came to know that my first few chapters are quite odd. The beginning chapter itself barely had any conversation. Well… To be honest, it can’t be helped since I wrote it on my first attempt in writing. I have no background. No experience. I read. I read. I read a ton. I was very smug about my memory since I could remember all sorts of details from hundreds of chapters back.

The leather binding has fancy marks in it and has title imprinted on the front. "That first kiss." Ugh, from just the title you could tell that a teenage girl at the start of her puberty wrote it. I couldn't really tell if Nova's a girl or a boy, he wants to be called a "he" but then writes a full novel about a CEO obsessing over a girl. I don't know why Nova doesn't want to call it a book when it obviously was. Don't let the title fool you, the story slowly turns dark and twisted.

She arrived at the part where the main character in the story failed from an imminent wedding ceremony, which only needed to say the wedding vows and was crushed by an unexpected reality. So that's a secret that is the answer to all the mysteries implied from the beginning of the novel. This is the surprise Diana told her to anticipate. Kat placed the novel in her lap and smiled faintly, suddenly feeling awe at the novel in her hands. This is an eighteenth century novel, but the story is truly extraordinary. There are a lot of rumours surrounding the secrecy of their younger years but the most agreed upon was that it was for their own safety. Our story truly begins on the sixteenth birthday of the Le Minuit twin’s birthday. The book was without a doubt the strangest thing I had ever read. The first ten chapters had been written like a textbook, detailing facts and supposition, quoting references and other supporting materials. Then at chapter 11 it started to read like a novel, a bedtime story of two girls that were forced into a position of power before they were ready, only to discover that they wielded power even they did not fully comprehend.

Alexei's POV My heart was soaring, Novel was finally awake. I began to run toward her, my lungs filling with a joyful breath, but suddenly the air grew thick. The world began to stretch and warp between us like a distorted reflection in moving water. “Novel!” I cried out. My brow furrowed and my jaw tightened in a mask of confusion. I lunged, reaching my hand out until my muscles strained, but the distance only doubled. She became a fading silhouette, slipping away into the swallowing gray of the fog until she vanished completely.

"The chapter we just lived..." The girl nodded happily. "It became a story." Another shelf glowed. Then another. Books began appearing throughout the endless library. Every decision.

One note, at the end of the document, was not about the text but about the structure, and it was the note she would think about longest. Harriet had written: The book begins when Aria arrives. But the story begins before she arrives, in the silence that preceded her and that her arrival ended. I wonder whether there is a brief opening, before the waiting room, that gives the reader the shape of what has been happening in the house in the absence of something it needed. Not a chapter. Perhaps only a page. Something that establishes the silence before we understand that it is about to change. Aria looked at this note for a long time.
