"Thud" " I can't believe I had to carry the both of you." "Sorry..." "Nevermind, hahaha finally I get to see the first human city!"

“Can you tell me what I’m seeing right now? Everything is … confusing me…” Where Malachi’s kingdom was soft, warm and controlled, Cassian’s seemed … cold. Very unlike him. Set atop a mountain with a terrifying drop, his castle is more of a fortress than anything else. There are gleaming structures as far as the eye can see, as well as silver orbs that look like they’re floating around all by themselves.

The giant turned its dead eyes on the small Demon and gave a rotted grin and a small wave of his decayed hand. "Morning 'Kai." The giant returned his greeting before he continued his walking through the lava. "That's his second lap this morning." Felix chipped in as he stepped over a small three-step staircase to the next rocky landing. "Really now? He gets faster every year." Zalakai said almost proudly. A castle stood out against the fiery sky. The obsidian stonework shined in the light as it stood strong on a small mountain that overlooked a lake of lava. The iron gates squealed open, skeleton guards at the ready as they bypassed them and continued to follow the dirt trail up to the castl

“Thanks, Beta. You may now return to… whatever steamy activity you were mid-soap in.” The castle looms ahead—imposing, beautiful, a blend of old stone majesty and sleek modern elegance. Seven floors from what I can see. A massive fountain stands proudly out front, crowned by two carved wolves and a statue of the Moon Goddess. The gardens on either side burst with exotic trees and flowers, some clearly not native. I drive past the main structure and follow a narrow road toward the training arena. It’s massive—open-air, stone-lined, surrounded by bleachers. Real gladiator vibes.

He ran breathlessly, only longing to reach the castle. They arrived at a Cascade: aquarium-blue and filling the air in their space with goodness. They had some rest, only then did he notice that Alpha Marcus had already passed out. He increased his pace until an ancient castle came into view. The castle was tall like skyscrapers having over ten floors in it. It was fortified with thick metallic walls roundabout it. This fortification was meant to destroy any vampire that attempts to come into their territory.

Abram whispered to Nate, who nodded as he took in the castle interior. Alexa couldn’t wait to meet the demon master. She wanted to meet him and get this over with, so she can find Lucian in the supernatural realm. The castle looked similar to that of the human build castles. Only it was dark with a fiery glow coming from between crevices. The castle was bare of any decorations––there were no expensive chandeliers or furniture like they have seen in their world. The floor was bare of carpet and looked like a volcanic rock, even the castle walls looked like one.

Tall trees overgrew the region around it, shading it from excessive sunlight. A strange altar in its courtyard caught my attention. It was made of pitch-black stone and the bust of a strange creature adorned its top. It looked like a cross between a bat and a human skeleton. My jaws hung open and the words left my lips as a whisper, “Isn’t that the famous Certon Stone?” “You guessed it right. We are at the Certon Castle.” “Don’t tell me you are going to attack them alone?” “A bit of correction. I am not going to attack. I am going to slaughter!” Her voice dripped with such vehemence that I shuddered.

Erica said looking out the window. I turned to see a castle three times the size of the palace I was staying at with Jasper. Unlike the city buildings with more gray stone and dark brick exteriors, the castle had a red brick exterior with a stone roof that gave it a welcoming vibe. Some pillars surrounded an even bigger building, and even though many different parts of the building looked separate, it was one whole building. We pulled up to a large black gate that opened wide for us, we drove up the long driveway that looped back around. The car door opened from the outside and Erica ushered me out of the car, people were waiting on the castle's steps.

Large gargoyles covered the roof's edge, glaring down at them. The castle had been built from a slick black rock that was only mined in Udril. It gave the castle an even more ominous presence. A grim-faced servant waited for them near the front doors, clothed in heavy white furs. The carriage slid to a halt and their door was opened.

Little Ben said raising his eyebrows and smiling rebelliously. Kar and Little Ben set out immediately to the Treachery's dungeon. It was situated in an abandoned castle with enough security, both with traps, supernatural forces and one Lynx Lynch, which was enough to hold any prisoner down for any amount of time. There was a butterfly always at the top of the castle, it sees everything and reports anything, if necessary.
