The old man tried to touch him but Jeremy sharply inched away. "You see that mark on your wrist," he voiced. Jeremy briskly stared to his right wrist where a tiny Dove was tattooed right in the middle. "That is a birthmark given to Royal bloods of The Silvery-Claw Centurion Pack." "The Silvery what?" Jeremy uttered confusingly, his gaze still on the tattoo. From his young age, he had always wondered why he had this tattoo. And now he finally got an answer, he was left clueless.

As I looked up at Ares, my smile fell. He had taken off his shirt as was facing the other side of the room. On his back was his curse mark, and I hadn’t seen it when it wasn’t active before. It looked like a tattoo, married to his skin. Two wolves head facing opposite each other like a cycle. There was a long line separating them as they were in a circle with written words around it in a language I didn’t understand. I didn’t know what compelled me to walk towards him and without a blink of my eyes, I touched it and the next thing I saw happened was me falling backwards.
