Cassian spat, his face twisting into a wicked, feral grin. With a quick twist of his hips, Cassian kicked Noah off him. He rose to his feet instantly, his clothes completely torn to shreds by the claws and the raw power of the fight. With a sharp rip, his remaining shirt and trousers fell away, leaving him completely naked, his muscular body covered in sweat, blood, and deep scratches. He didn't care. His madness was too deep. He grabbed a broken piece of the metal table, his muscles swelling as he raised it high, moving in for a killing blow right at Noah’s chest.

I wouldn't be exaggerating if I said that Creed Group reached its market leader status today thanks to Grandpa. He had given Stuart everything, and this was how things turned out. My eyes were switching colours and I knew that I was holding on by a thread. “Griffin, please,” Sierra said as she looked at me. “Make your peace Jett,” I said as my eyes darkened and I felt my claws elongate and pierce his neck. “Griffin! If you kill him I’ll never forgive you!” Sierra yelled and my grip on him loosened instantly.

Instead, I dove forward, under his strike, and came up beneath his throat. My teeth found its mark in the soft underside of his jaw and I bit down with everything I had. Cassius roared, the sound shaking the very ground, and tried to shake me off, but I held on like my life depended on it, because it did. His blood filled my mouth and it was hot and metallic, as he thrashed and rolled, trying to dislodge me. We crashed through the barrier, sending spectators scattering. His claws raked down my back, tearing through muscle to scrape against my spine, and I nearly let go from the agony, but Seraphina's scream pierced through the pain, reminding me what I was fighting for.

Then, clenching his fists once more, he unleashed another series of Sixfold Draconic Fists. He was still attacking with a blatant disregard for his well-being, and soon, the wounds across his body tore open again. Blood poured out from his injuries, and he began to resemble a terrifying, blood-soaked reaper. As Ashton continued to strike, more and more cracks began to form on the surface of Cassian's defensive barrier. However, despite Ashton's efforts, it still refused to break apart.

The silver claws bypassed the thick ribs and found the lung. "This is for the ravine," Joshua whispered into the rogue’s ear. He twisted his hand. The sound of tearing muscle was loud in the sudden silence of the clearing. Joshua ripped his hand back, a spray of dark blood hitting his face. He didn't blink. He didn't wipe it away. The Berserker tumbled backward, his massive body hitting the mud. He tried to shift back to human form to heal, but the silver was already in his system, blackening his veins. He gasped, his chest caving in, and went still.

Granger is now in his human form and wearing nothing but a pair of nearly shredded pants he likely pulled off a dead warrior. Cassian’s eyes go wide at the sight of Hannah, and he rushes forward. One of the healers pulls a crystal blade from their robe. I scream to catch Cassian’s attention, but it’s late. The Crystal blade buries deep into his chest before any of us can react.

The two rivals came at each other with their clench hands, bending around as they battled brutally in their human shapes. “Fuck!” Gage murmured as Claw hit the sand. “Get up!” The chant rang through the gather as all three men empowered their companion. Cassie scowled as Claw got up and propelled himself at the other man. “I don’t understand,” she whispered. “He appears to be mending beautiful quick to me. Fair whereas I was talking to him, one of the bruises on his eye blurred, and he’s getting up speedier than anybody I’ve ever seen, particularly after a hit like that.”
