Biker's Temptation:Claimed by the Ruthless Mafia King

Biker's Temptation:Claimed by the Ruthless Mafia King

Now Thursday to Sunday, which she has described to Faye as feeling like the right size for March. The lamp is good. It is the kind that produces a warm, directional light suited to reading rather than working, the specific difference being that reading requires enough light to follow a line of text over hours without strain while working requires a more distributed illumination. Irina said she wanted a good lamp and Celeste ordered one and it is good. Irina looks at the lamp for a moment when it is installed. She says: yes. She looks at Celeste. She says: thank you. Celeste says: Théo described the room. I understood what it needed.

TWO ALPHAS ONE BOND

TWO ALPHAS ONE BOND

A single narrow window was set deep into the thick wall, slicing a thin column of grey morning light that barely reached past the center of the floor. The bed was decent, solid and not uncomfortable, but stripped bare of anything that might make it feel like home. Plain white linens, an iron frame, no softness or warmth. A small table stood nearby, with two chairs pulled up to it. In the corner, a washstand waited silently. On a shelf, three books sat with their spines turned outward: pack history, combat theory, lunar rites. Someone had chosen those carefully, but hadn’t thought about what it meant to make this room a place a person could live in.

His pretty Luna

His pretty Luna

A velvet throw in deep gold lay across the foot of the bed, adding a rich, elegant touch. Against one wall sat a sleek marble-topped desk, with a gold lamp, a few leather-bound notebooks, and a crystal pen holder. above a low wooden cabinet, with a sound system and a few designer books carefully arranged. Near the corner, an armchair with a soft fur blanket draped over it created the perfect reading spot. A delicate scent of vanilla and white rose floated through the air from a lit candle on the nightstand. I was making breakfast, which was toast when a knock came on the door.

Mom Put a Doll on My Pillow

Mom Put a Doll on My Pillow

Its bed was placed horizontally, facing the head of my bed. In my previous life, I had been dazzled by these luxurious and beautiful things. How could I have noticed such unusual details? Now, there was a trace of wariness in my eyes. Vivian said, "These lights are all quite dim. Don't worry about wasting electricity. Just leave them on every night when you sleep. Belle said girls like cute and cozy rooms like this. She went on and on about ambient lighting. "I don't really understand these things. Take a look and see if there's anything else you'd like to add."

Claiming Emery

Claiming Emery

“Mrs. Wolfe, would you like to review the design elements? Color scheme, furniture placement, decorative features?” I take the drawings gratefully, focusing on elements that matter for daily life rather than theoretical security threats. “I love this,” I say, pointing to a reading corner with a comfortable chair and built-in bookshelves. “She will need stories from day one.” “The mobile above the crib is beautiful too. Soft animals that actually look cuddly instead of anatomically correct.” “What about lighting?” Killian asks, rejoining the conversation. “Adjustable for different times of day? Night vision compatible?”

Crushing On My Bad Boy Billionaire Best Friend

Crushing On My Bad Boy Billionaire Best Friend

Perhaps I ought to swap to an audio book, that might soothe me whilst I wait. “Hey honey, you asleep yet?” I hear my mother say from the other side of the door. My fairy lights are still on and my bedside lamp, she can see the light no doubt filtering below the gap at the bottom of my door. It’s getting past my curfew and my folks really don’t like for me to be awake much past eleven. I have to be up at half six to fit in a run before school, shower and all the usual stuff everyone has to do. I sigh and reach for the remote by me on the bed. I press the small button which turns my fairy lights off and then hit the switch on my bedside table. I’ve got a small reading light that fits onto my b

DEATH REINCARNATE

DEATH REINCARNATE

“Alone at night? Reading a book upon your bed? Dare not and run for your life for if you don’t believe they will come at the stroke of midnight creeping their way unto you. Don’t dare to look under your bed, for they will come at the top of your head.” The words that form of like prose, yet somehow more than a lyric, a warning, but perhaps a poem that she needed to answer. With her eyes, that is as jet black as the darkest corner of the night, hair that’s silky soft, long, but with the silvery marks in return. She wonders while intently looking at the book within her hands, as her only source of light is the bright full moon above, where she also wonders and asks. “Brightens the night, yet h

Standing before love

Standing before love

That much was obvious. ‘A Hundred Years of Solitude.’ She was only halfway through the book. It was a heavy one, and she couldn’t understand why she read it before she came back. Night time was perfect for a reading session, so she was reading seriously. Heather was the most attractive when she was quiet, and she drifted to sleep with a book in her hands that night. If there was one downside about night reading, that would be the fact that the reader would fall asleep easily.

whispers beneath the moon

whispers beneath the moon

The kind of room that could swallow you whole. I liked it. I was never really a “color” kind of girl when it came to bedrooms anyway. Darkness makes it easier to sleep. To breathe. To disappear. And this room... this room was huge. Massive, really. A small library filled one wall, all dark oak shelves lined with books. The chandeliers above were deep black, gothic and beautiful, catching the faint glow of moonlight leaking in from the open balcony door. The morning breeze danced through the room like it had a secret.

A PACT TO LOVE

A PACT TO LOVE

I picked up the book I was reading earlier to try focusing on that rather than on him but it was quite hard to not ogle at his well-sculpted muscles. He got on his side of the bed and lay under the duvet before purposely switching off the lights I was using to read my novel. How rude! I let out a sigh of annoyance as the room got engulfed in darkness. I couldn’t help but feel annoyed but I knew I couldn't turn the light back on as that would result in another round of problems tonight. He is just a mean man cause It wasn't like there weren’t days that he'd left the light on cause he was working and I slept without complaining and my reading wasn't even harming him in any way or form.

Wow! I can't believe I finally ended it. This book was my brainchild, I didn't plan on making it so long but I had so many ideas that I wanted to pitch that I guess I might have gone a little overboard. I am so thankful to everyone who took or is taking their time to read my book.
