Dark Water

"You ain't going to be able to keep the knowledge of sacrifices from him. Maybe not even the way I have to do them, but I don't want 'em seen. They tear me apart. Lord know what it'll do to him, even the strongest would faint at it." Their eyes met and Thomas nodded. All the old respect and loyalty he held for the captain flooding back, renewed and brighter. That smidgen of care, of consideration. The special secret that only he had been privy to. Most of the others were older seafarers, ex-officers who turned to piracy through lack of work. Others had joined to save their skins or avoid being marooned after The Black Hind had looted their ships and burned them, the flaming masts a beacon to

Tides of Passion: The Pirate's Curse

Tides of Passion: The Pirate's Curse

He was young, yet his enthusiasm resonated through the ship, lifting the morale of the crew even as the enemy surged forward. As the melee unfolded, the pirate ship's captain—a man with an unmistakable presence, draped in shadows and darkness—stood atop the enemy vessel's bow. His eyes glinted with predatory glee as he held the unmistakable black flag adorned with a blood-red skull. His very presence threatened, igniting a fervor among his crew as they swarmed onto the ship, thirsting for carnage. “Prepare to taste steel!” he roared, his voice cutting through the turmoil.

LOVING HER DUKE

LOVING HER DUKE

Albert sat across from him, sorting out the letters he had received from Brand's solicitors. His gaze intensified. Seventeen chest of gold, six of precious gems, nine of expensive fabrics. His eyebrows hitched, completely puzzled. Their fortunes were quite the lot, more than most noble men could ever have, Charles thought. He could not believe how much the pirates possessed. With a fortune as that, they could have chosen to go reside in the countryside, buy a small estate and live out their days working the lands. But he knew greed all too well and what it could cause. And pirates were famous for being a greedy bunch.

Jayden's Luck

Jayden's Luck

It turned out to be Jodzio Two-Tooth. There were dozens of unaffiliated pirates in Black, men and women who prized their independence above all. Money talks, of course; so does not having to take shit from anyone. The Pirate Lords routinely canvassed these independents; it would have been remiss of them not to. Anyone who could recruit even a few independents could become a greater power in the city overnight. Jerian and Two-Tooth might be still in the polite stages. But one never knew ... Ledomir and Inavar might be interested in this little bit of information.

His Lordship Alexander Kane

His Lordship Alexander Kane

With Eagle by his side, they dragged her up to the deck, shouting to the others, "Arm up, boys! Don't be scared, we've got ourselves a bargaining chip!" The whole boat erupted into chaos as every last crook. Cooks, laborers, and sailors rushed to the deck, ready for a showdown. Over 20 men, all loyal to Briscoe, charged onto the deck in a frenzied rush, brandishing guns and machetes. They were the epitome of outlaws. I was hooked in reading this book. But why the sudden ending? It doesn’t make any sense. Still have alot of loose endings what happened to black maple master? The jade pendants? This is pure money making stint.

THE PIRATES IN THE SUBSEA

"I'm fine. Can you hear me?" "However, something has happened to our captain. What did that bearded Swami teach?" Let's talk about Swami later... The captain continued... "The second group are those who always say something and are sad... Even if they win the lottery, they worry about it... The third group is those who do good in society... The fourth group is those who do dirty deeds..." "Is the captain in the fourth group or the third group" After laughing and slapping Jacob on the outside, the captain left.

The Rise of the Frost Dragons (Blue Triangle Series #2)

The Rise of the Frost Dragons (Blue Triangle Series #2)

“They ain’t just pirates, I’m telling you. They’re all highly trained thieves … and their tricks can beat even the most skilled swordsman.” “Trained?” Tristan raised an eyebrow. “You’re implying they have someone as a master or lord or whatever.” “Aye, they have. Folks say they have Pirate Lords … and the Pirate King ruling above all.” Tristan’s hand went to check Draphiron’s core inside his pocket. If such thieves would come to attack the ship, he had to plan beforehand. But his trust in his sword skills overwhelmed his anxiety of losing the core. He probably could still fight even when he’s out of the country.

That lousy pirate schemed this! Haiban is laughing and says, "I would like to hear that story! How did you get back? How do you plan to stop me now? I've already annihilated more than half of the werewolf population." 5 spellbooks appeared around him and he picks one before the other 4 ascend to disappearance. "I have more cards than you think."

A Symphony of Frost and Flame

A Symphony of Frost and Flame

Larice glanced at the double sabers beside the bed. “I’m telling you, my father had that power. He had the strength … the skills … known as the strongest pirate alive, and yet, why would he serve under an old man who is frail, has no skills, no weapons?” Sevyh said. “It’s the gold that controlled him and destroyed our lives.” “The world doesn’t revolve around money.” “It is, mate … it is,” Sevyh drank in his cup. “Money’s the root of all problems … but only money itself can solve everything.”

A slow start, but I understand because the characters and the world needs to be established well. And you did! I'm so so so glad I continued reading since the book really has a very strong middle. So many plot twists! And what I love the most is the magic system! Wew. Great job!

Now this is an epic dragon story I'm looking for! Unlike other stories, you've given your dragons their own culture, government system, livelihood, religion ... we even got a map! You're such an awesome author. PS. I also loved your book Reclaim the Ice Crown. Great job!
