It was a little wonder how Mark, Joan and Nate had met each other.
Nate had stopped painting since he was eleven, his father motivated him the most and now that he was gone, he didn’t see the need to paint anymore.
She found a black dusty book beneath the box. It was the journal. She heaved a sigh of relief, she had rummaged through so many boxes all because of one odd looking book.
She opened it to confirm. The first page read: this book belongs to Wesley Jacobin. She traced her fingertips over the beautiful writing. She imagined Wesley to be a woman of great taste and valor, maybe Nate was a little bit like him but more intense and more of a heartbreaker.
