“Ah, my girl told me you found her, thanks man, I appreciate you saving my future wife.” I couldn’t stop the bark of a laugh that fell out of my mouth. “You’re such an asshole.” I sniggered to Carbon. Riders face reddened and he turned and walked away. “Boyfriend of yours?” Carbon laughed. “Nah, he was supposed to be looking after me, but he asked if someone else could do it instead, speaking of which, this is Gears, he is the mechanic who is fixing my bike and looking after me at the same time.” Gears stepped forward, “good to meet you, man, Bonnie has told me all about you.” I heard Rider scoff even though he was a good ten feet away from us, making me laugh again.

He crumples to the floor. That … wasn’t planned. But damn, it feels good. “Now get the fuck out of this house.” He scrambles up, eyes wild, breathing hard. I see it then — the unhinged gleam. "You could have told your boyfriend to think twice before he resigned from the biker club and took over the goddamn biker association all at once." one of them said. "He made a lot of enemies when he did that, and now he's going to have to deal with the consequences. He's going to chew on his own words when he sees what we've done to you."

"Especially if you're sore from training." I nodded, not trusting my voice to work properly, and swung my leg over the bike behind him. When I wrapped my arms around his waist, I had to remind myself sternly that he wasn't just my brother's best friend. He probably had a mate somewhere, someone who was waiting for him to come home every night. I needed to quit being such a horny, confused mess. The man was just being kind to a sister who needed help, nothing more. As we pulled out onto the empty street, Tristan's phone started ringing. I could feel the vibration against his chest where I was holding him, the insistent buzzing cutting through the rumble of the motorcycle engine.

He smiles at me like I said he solved half the world's problems. "Good." He says his voice filled with joy again. "I would love to do it again." He says and I shake my head at that. "Why not?" He asks leaning closer. "Because you're not who I want to do that with." I say and he frowns. He takes a few seconds to think about it and then his face changes from happiness to anger. "You have a boyfriend?" He asks his voice low. He says and I feel a chill run down my spine. " I will beat the shit out of him if I see the two of you together." He says before I can answer.

I knew the lifestyle they had, I loved it also furthermore I have actually dated bikers before and I think I can say, I understood the rules of it. Something about these particular bikers was very different though, It wasn’t just a bunch of dumb kids having fun rather It was something much more than that especially because the sex was mind-blowing and the time I spent with them all outside of the bedroom had great weight and I trusted them with some pretty intimate details of my life also including the good, bad, and ugly then most importantly, I have shared my dreams with them and they had done nothing but support me. "We could keep you company until then." "Get lost!" she spat, her voice barely audible above the pounding of her heart. "Oh, wow, no need to be unfriendly," the biker said, his voice laced with menace. "We're just offering a little… assistance. Think of it as a… shortcut." He gestured vaguely with a hand that held a glint of metal. "You guys are creepy! You'll be sorry when my boyfriend gets here!" she tried to sound brave, but her voice trembled uncontrollably.

Ryker cleared his throat before answering, "To hang out at the bar as usual." "And drink and get drunk?" Rosalia shook her head. "No wonder," she said more quietly. Ryker who heard that was drawn closer to her. "What does that head shake mean?" Rosalia girded her loins even though she was scared to death of Ryker and those men. "That's what I thought about the biker gang and you confirmed it." Ryker quickly picked up the screwdriver Rosalia was holding. "We're not an ordinary biker gang. We're not what you think we are." Then he threw the screwdriver at the wall and it stuck there. "We're more dangerous than you think."

They're all looking at me like I'm something that might bite. "Boss," one of them says, nodding to Ryder. "Clean pickup?" he continues, eyeing the blood on my face. "Three enforcers down, but alive." Ryder moves to my side, his hand settling on my lower back. The touch sends electricity up my spine. "They'll have headaches for a week." The biker crosses his arms over his chest. "And the girl?" "She's mine." The possessive edge in his voice makes my wolf stir with interest. Ryder's amber eyes scan the group of men. "Anyone who has a problem with that can take it up with me directly."

Let's go see what the hell Tank wants." Tank, her new boyfriend, stood at a towering six-and-a-half feet, with muscles that could rival watermelons. He belonged to a biker club called the Gold Vipers. I had only met him twice, and I couldn't deny that he intimidated me. It wasn't that he had been anything but polite, but there was an air of danger surrounding him—a sense of unlawfulness that made me uneasy.
