I shout out, almost crying. Nothing. We sit there and wait to see movement, but nothing happens. I look at her clock and it’s 11:32 p.m. Deciding that it is now or never, I ask one final question. “Billy, are you watching over me?” The pointer starts to move again. This time it moves to no, then I watch as it spells out something. She says in a very soft scared voice, “It spells, you are dead.” She looks at me with fear in her eyes.

I pulled my head back away from Baxter, feeling disgusted by what he did. "Don't touch her." Billy fired back. "Ohhh. I'm really scared of you, wimp. Where's your back up? Oh wait, you're still a fucking recruit." Baxter said as he strongly push Billy and laughed. Billy almost fell on the ground but I quickly caught him. Baxter and his friends laughed at him like they were having fun with what they were doing and well the other students around us were laughing at us too. In every school there will always be a bully only that this bully is not a high school bully. I need to get rid of my mindset as a high schooler. A feeling crept in—I was about to vanish. "It's Willow! She pretended to be a ghost to scare Maple and me!" Billy the Bully cried out, panic-stricken, even wetting his pants. "Now, she's gone too far! How could she terrorize kids like this?" Mama Bully snapped. "If anything happens to Billy, I won't just demand compensation from your family. I'll make sure she pays with her life!" She scooped Billy the Bully up and hurried out, her voice sharp with fury. "I'm warning you, you must punish Willow severely this time. If you don't, I will. The society will deal with her, too."

I said, feigning innocence. I glanced around after speaking. It was true. There wasn't a single living person in sight, but ghosts were everywhere. "This place is cursed!" Charlotte snapped. "I can't even stop. The moment I even think about it, it feels like needles are piercing my hands." Even as she spoke, her hands kept moving. Fear flickered across her face at the scene before her. The terror in her eyes was truly a rare sight to behold. "Is this your doing? Did you come up with all these tricks to scare me? You just want revenge for all the times I picked on you at school, don't you?"

Of course, their excitement faded more and more with every word the grown ups spoke, quickly transforming into disbelief and fear. When the conversation finally concluded and Jane set a date to go out with the Beta, the pups finally backed away from the doorway. They looked around at one another with stunned expressions, their small mouths hanging open and their eyes wide with shock. “A vampire?” Parker whispered in horror. “What is Mommy thinking?” “She’s not thinking.” Riley answered, wringing her little hands. “She just sees her friend.” “But vampires are dangerous! Everyone knows that.” Ryder added, shaking his head.

I have only 3 days left before miss Lauretta throws me out. I went to collect the bill for his meal,his girlfriend is a talkative. She talks like a parrot,I made to collect it as soon as my hands touched his,I felt a tingling sensation, I quickly took the money and left. He stood up and left. A scream tore through Lilith's lips, and she crawled away from the grave in sheer terror, panting heavily. As fear consumed her, Lilith felt a presence behind her. Slowly, she turned around, trembling with trepidation. To her astonishment, the dead girl stood there, her sad expression unchanged. They locked eyes, but the dead girl remained silent, her ghostly presence sending shivers down Lilith's spine. Overwhelmed by the sight of the apparition, Lilith rose to her feet and scrambled out of the woods, screaming in fear with each step.

Billy’s expression turns uglier the more he listens. “She’s not injured. Physically, she’s fine,” Eleanor adds quickly. “We just have to give her time. She’ll wake up.” Billy’s hands curl into fists. His whole body goes tense, and a low growl escapes him. “This—this is exactly why I didn’t want her near any of this!” he snaps, voice raw. “I told you—told her—this ain’t her fight!” His eyes are red now. His jaw trembles, fury and fear tangling in his throat.

I also smell Brooklyn on him and I have an inkling feeling that she's the one who did this. I ground my teeth at the thought seeping into my head, but I refuse to entertain it. Not again. Mum tries to hold Maddie as she hovers her mate, but right now, a dead male is the least of my concern. Storming to her, I grab her arm and hold her chin, staring into her eyes. “Where's Brooklyn?” Fear. That's what I feel next. The type of fear that has you hiding under your bed not to be found by the monsters lurking around. The type of fear that makes you give up.
