Claire’s POV The place was beautiful—almost too perfect. The sun hung lazily in the sky, casting golden streaks over the open field, making everything look soft and warm. The trees swayed gently, their rustling leaves filling the air with a quiet melody. The scent of fresh grass mixed with the distant aroma of wood burning, probably from where the campfire would be set up later. I took a deep breath, stretching my arms out as I stood in place, soaking it all in. The slight chill in the air was refreshing, and I already knew I was going to love it here.

The serene waters mirrored the cloudless sky, reflecting the lush greenery that hugged the riverbanks. Her eyes sparkling with awe, Gloria struggled to capture the scene's essence before them. The rolling hills, draped in a tapestry of emerald green, seemed to stretch endlessly towards the horizon. Sunlight danced upon the leaves, casting dappled shadows that shifted and swayed with the gentle breeze. A profound sense of tranquillity permeated the air, broken only by the soft lapping of water against the boat and the occasional chirping of birds hidden within the dense foliage.

Corbin leads me away from the small group of people quietly so we don’t interrupt them. We end up going to a smooth rock cliff and planting our butts on the ground. Corbin reaches inside the backpack, pulling out four granola bars and displaying them on the rock. The view outward is picturesque. Something you’d think Bob Ross himself could’ve painted. The sky is aquamarine in color and I can only see a few feathery clouds in the sky with the mountains peaks stabbing into them. It’s so green, so alive. I take in a fresh breath of air, loving how clean the oxygen feels up here.

River’s POV The day Claire exchanged her vows started off like it had been picked straight out of a wedding magazine. Sunshine poured through the trees, brushing everything gold. The sky was a soft kind of blue, the kind you only see in old postcards or dreams. Birds were singing. Bees danced lazily around the wildflowers near the fence. The wind was gentle, like it knew not to mess anything up today.

I sighed as I opened my living room. Without wasting time I rushed to the bathroom to take a shower and changed to pastel blue pajamas.Settling with a cup of hot chocolate and marshmallows,I sat by the window watching the raindrops letting out an exhausted sigh. When I was young I was scared of thunder but now I find solace in the rain as thunder becomes music to my ears.

Mountains, lush forests, and quaint villages painted a picture of idyllic serenity. As we left the bustling town, the scenery transformed, revealing the untouched beauty of the wilderness. Towering trees formed a canopy overhead, casting dappled shadows on the forest floor. The air was fresh and clean, the scent of wildflowers and pine trees and the gentle rustling of leaves. The sun was beginning to set, casting a warm glow over the landscape. The sky was ablaze with hues of orange, pink, and purple, creating a breathtaking spectacle. The mountains, bathed in the golden light, seemed to touch the heavens, their peaks disappearing into the clouds.

Hunter was inclined to watch it one last time before leaving. The sky was dimming down to a shimmery golden. He looked above his head in awe. It was surprising how the sky had various shades and colors to show after every sunrise and sunset. To make it a best experience in its own way, the winds carried the sound of the waves crashing against the walls. Hunter was engrossed in it when the sound of an engine cutting off and tyres screeching against the gravelly path registered in his ears. Hunter turned his head to see Claire coming out of her car. His body tightened. It was supposed to be a quiet and clean farewell. Seeing her there made his nerves kick up in a deep longing.

As they reached a secluded clearing, Jonas turned to face her. "Close your eyes," he instructed, his voice laced with a mixture of mystery and anticipation. Chloe complied, her senses heightened. The air around her seemed to shimmer with an otherworldly energy. She felt Jonas's presence draw closer, and then, with a gentle touch, he guided her to open her eyes. Before her stood a breathtaking sight—an ethereal waterfall cascading down a hidden cliff, its waters catching the moonlight in a radiant display. The air was filled with the melodic symphony of nature, and the scene unfolded like a dream.

Shouldering the overgrown ivy to the side, I slipped behind it into our secret spot; in the dark, it looked like something from a fairytale. Trees were covered in moss and ivy, wildflowers scattering the base of the trees in vibrant yellows, pinks and purples in the moonlight; they shone almost neon. To the one side stood a run-down hunting lodge, plagued by the winding white ivy flowers, its wooden frame buckling under their weight. No longer strong enough to hold Kayla and I as we stared up at the stars and forgot the day's stress and politics.

I asked him, curiously. "Hmm. It's a secret for now." He answered then head off to the comfort room. I just rebutted it. I walked outside and observe the place. The falling of the dried clover leaves, the semi-black color of the trees' wood and it's brown leaves. The dried leaves that are scattered all over the place and the humming bird in a tree.
