Blair walked closer to the center of the hall where she had seen this gigantic statue, her eyes widened in awe as she took in every inch of the artwork. The statue was about 5 feet tall and was made of marble. It depicted a beautiful woman in a flowing dress, with long hair cascading down her back. Her arms were outstretched as if she was embracing the world. And below the legs of the woman were wolves, surrounding her.

And there, standing between two of the tallest monoliths, was her. She didn't run. That was my first mistake, thinking she would. "You're trespassing," I called out, my hand moving to my blade.
