(Warning: Violence!) Third Person's PoV Dark froze as he watched everything unfold from afar. It was as if the surroundings went silent as his eyes locked on Exelle, whose lifeless gaze turned hopeful after meeting his. A part of his chest felt a fleeting joy upon seeing her, but he did not expect that this happiness would be short-lived. Dark watched as Exelle's body was struck by a bullet, and yet he could do nothing to save her. It felt as though everything around him stopped, even his own body froze, helplessly witnessing the events unfold. Though Exelle was far away, it seemed as if she were right in front of him, yet he was powerless.

Chapter 8 - The Watcher “The woman was blind according to the information provided, correct?” a man in his thirties stood against a lamppost across a grocery store, a phone against his left ear as he watched Georgia through the glass wall of the store, taking a bag of goods she just paid. “Yes, you have been watching her all this time and now you are asking?” a harsh voice snapped over the phone, laced with irritation. “Of course, she’s blind! Third Person's POV Eve Dove stood in the operations center staring at the wall of screens displaying traffic camera footage, satellite imagery, and thermal scans of every building within a ten mile radius of where the white van had last been spotted. Her eyes burned from lack of sleep. Her third cup of coffee had gone cold an hour ago. None of it mattered. Somewhere in the sprawl of Mexico City, a pregnant woman was going into labor in the hands of people who had no medical training and no incentive to keep her alive once she stopped being useful.

Third Person Pov Amara clutched her walking stick firmly as she moved across the complex halls of the palace. She had never walked through the palace's opulent halls before, and it was daunting, considering the fact that she was blind and also considering the fact that she disliked the mere thought of being here and being seen. Still, she was determined to visit her friend Lydia, who had been imprisoned unjustly for over a week now, and bring her some food and water since she doubted that the guards would feed her proper food.

Ruby’s POV The moment I step out of the cab, from nowhere, someone blindfolds me and gags me. Before I know it, I’m floating on air as if someone is carrying me. I am not given a chance to either speak or defend myself. I try to pick on the scent, but It’s unnoticeable. I hope they didn’t do anything bad to my mother. I try to calm myself, hoping my mates would feel my fear and come to help me. Weirdly, I don’t sense any danger. Maybe it’s because I have faith in my mates.

Suddenly, a deafening roar split the sky. Several armed police helicopters thundered overhead. Their blinding white searchlights enveloped the highway, lighting up the darkness like it was broad daylight.

He swung his hand impatiently and approached me. "What do you want?" I asked, and the man chuckled. "I knew you were pretending to be blind for money, but it's alright. All I care about is having a good time. Come to me, baby. I'll show you heaven…" I wasn't expecting him to see through my act that swiftly, but more surprisingly, this client was an infamous one in this line of work. He claimed no woman could escape his claws. My colleagues were all blind, and they couldn't fight back. The rooms' soundproofing system was, unfortunately, incredible, so screams couldn't be heard.
