He said soon Lavina would see the whole things in the world. Her heart was beating fast. Feeling immeasurably nervous when she heard the doctor's words. Was it true that she would be able to see soon? For the first time in her life she would be able to see again. He said that Lavina was lucky because her blindness was caused solely by corneal damage only, so her eyes could be saved. And that was the surprising fact. The doctor predicted Lavina was born with normal eyes but not sure what happened to her that caused her to go blind. It was really bad Lavina wasn't immediately treated.
