Odyssey Of A Hexed Luna

Odyssey Of A Hexed Luna

At this time I heard a soft thud from the side, and when I turned my head to look, I found the sight of Livia lying coldly in the Ephesus’ stream literally in a pool of blood. Her blood flowed out mixing with the water forming a blood red liquid with the two fishes who had somehow been slaughtered beside her, it seemed like she was injured, this amount of bleeding is no longer a minor injury!

Bound by Blood and Betrayal

Bound by Blood and Betrayal

I staggered backward, clutching my chest, trying to steady myself, but the air around me seemed to thrum with a strange rhythm that matched the pounding of my heart. At first, I thought it was only dizziness, the consequence of being pushed too hard. But then I saw it, faint trails of light racing beneath my skin. My veins, glowing softly like molten threads, lit up in places where my pulse struck hardest. I gasped and stumbled again, staring at my hands, horrified by the way my body no longer looked entirely mine. It was as if something ancient and violent was carving its way out of me.

Beneath The Blood Moon

Beneath The Blood Moon

The night smelled of gasoline, rain, and danger. Isabella Russo sat in the farthest corner of the Velvet Rose, a half-filled glass of wine untouched before her. The stem of the glass was cool against her fingertips, but she wasn’t drinking — she needed her head clear. A single flickering light above her threw her into alternating shadow and glow, as if even the electricity couldn’t decide what to make of her being here. Her father had called this a “meeting.” In their part of the city, that word was just a softer name for trouble. When the Moretti family summoned you, you didn’t get to say no — you just hoped you’d be allowed to leave afterward.

BLOOD DEBT

BLOOD DEBT

My hands were cold, and I stared at the screen again. “It is not his empire,” I said. "This is his bloodline." Footsteps resounded outside the room. The door opened. Dino stood with an unreadable expression. "You found something," he said. I swung around and looked at him a-throbbing. "Yes," I replied. His eyes sharpened. "What did you find, Drina?" I turned back and looked at the screen, and then at the man whose name had plagued all corners of my life. "A ghost," I said. "And it belongs to your family."

Beyond The Reflection

Beyond The Reflection

“Breathe. Don’t leave me like this.” He forced air into her lungs and pressed again, desperate and frantic. But her chest remained still. Her eyes never opened. Lisa Callahan, the heiress who had plotted betrayal and who had promised him a future built from revenge and stolen empires, lay silent. Gone. Peter sat back, drenched and trembling, though his jaw was set tight. The waiter lingered nearby, pale and terrified. “Sir… she—” “No one saw this,” Peter cut him off, his voice low and menacing. His gaze flicked to the unconscious Samuel. “No one knows.”

Blood And Betrayal

Blood And Betrayal

He said, his voice was trembling. I was getting tired. So tired. I closed my eyes finally. Everything faded and went black. After what felt like a few minutes, I heard voices again. But it was distant and muffled. Like they were coming from under the water. "...blood loss was severe..." "...lucky the blade missed the major artery..." "...another centimeter and she would be dead..." I tried to open my eyes but they felt so heavy. Then I managed to open it a little wider. All I could see was white. Everything was in white, the ceiling, the lights.

Bound By Blood

Bound By Blood

He puts lids on them and straws and then holds the cup out to me and says, “You’re welcome to it, if you want it.” I’m hesitant, but my grumbling tummy doesn’t give me much of an option. As I take the cup from his hands, my fingers brush against his and I’m alarmed by how cold they are. It felt colder than ice and I wish I could hold his hands and warm them up in mine. He tells me, “We get the blood from blood drives or animals we’ve caught in the forest. We try hard not to have to drink from tap. Especially with humans, although, some of us has more restraint than others.” He rolls his eyes with that last sentence and I can’t help but wonder what he means by that. Who has less restraint? I

Blood and Darkness

Blood and Darkness

I uttered again and again, my hand parallel to each other, and on its center is the formed symbol of death on fire. If this is what it takes to avenge my loss, I don’t mind giving my life. “Ophelia! Don’t do that!” Queen Romina cried, but I only continued. “Mea vita pro morte sua…” My life for his death. The moment I opened my eyes, I felt like I was reborn in new and more powerful body. I could feel the overflowing energy on my veins, the heat of fire around me, my soul aching for blood, and my every nerve screaming for death.

Beyond the abyss

"Hello, who is this?" "It's me, Cassandra! Imman, it's you right?" before the lawyer could even answer, she continued, with her voice shaking, alarming him tremendously. "Can you please come...I need your help! There was an accident! He was hit accidentally by a car...hu!hu!hu! please come now...The doctor said he needs to be operated on quickly and he needs blood immediately! The doctor said that they don't have available blood to match his...."

Alpha Leo and the Heart of Fire

Alpha Leo and the Heart of Fire

I pushed it open, freezing in my tracks. “Azura?!” Leo called, but I couldn’t reply, the sight before me making my stomach sink. The tap was running into a bath that was overfull already, but what sent a chill down my spine, was the hand that hung out of the bath. The coppery smell of blood hit my nose as I approached the bath that was coloured pinky-red. A faint heartbeat could be heard, but it was so quiet… “Kareena?” I called, as I stopped at the bath and stared down into the bloody water, my eyes widening in horror.

Moonlight Muse has done it again! This book had me screaming in horror, laughing from my belly, grinning and smiling uncontrollably, thinking of ways to please my man and crying my eyes out! What a roller coaster of emotional drama that ultimately soothed my soul. Definitely one to read.

All of these books in the series are incredibly good! Love that we get to continue with the characters we've grown to love reading about, through their own individual wild life adventure -- Would love to hear more of Dante Rossi's Story
