Two of them them was a plain dusty blue, one with a dusty blue french tip, one that has swirls on it with a neutral base which Olive suggested to be champagne and the the last one was a slanted french tip with champagne glitter separating the blue and the neutral colour. “I can definitely do that and I will definitely need to do extensions on these nubs.” Abby said, punctuating her words with smiles.

the nail tech asked. I looked over at Mer. “What do you think? Something soft and classy?” She nodded. “Nude or blush pink. It’ll go with your dress.” I smiled and nodded. “Blush pink, please. And short. I don’t want to scratch the babies.” As the nail techs got to work, buffing and shaping, Mer leaned toward me. “You know, you’re glowing even more now than you were before we left.” I laughed. “I think it’s the sugar scrub.”

Ryan's POV As I stood at the brink of the cliff, the wind was harsh and chilly. The river thundered beneath me, its waves smashing against the rocks. Like the storm inside of me, it was wild and noisy. The doctor's words, "Six months left," kept coming back to me. We have run out of options.
