Slowly the lines started to rescind until they reached the Cresent marking I had. Even though they were gone and I was still glowing, I could still feel the warmth of the lines. It was the same feeling I had felt earlier when I felt the warmth spread over my body. Assumingly when they first appeared. Not wanting to hide them forever, I mentally tried to reform them. Instantly they spread over my form, the same way they had rescinded. “They are beautiful.” I whispered. “No, you are beautiful.” Hunter spoke, who moved to stand next to me.

"That is so." A sympathetic look covered her face. "Aww, you poor thing. You really need to find a boyfriend. Simple memes are making you blush these days," she tutted her lips, shaking her head in disappointment. On the other hand, my eyes widened at her claim and my neck instantly snapped toward the mirror. I saw a faint hue of red adorning my cheeks, and realizing the cause, the color darkened. Blush? I am blushing because of Elian? I am the one who makes boys blush, not the other way around! What's happening to me?

She replies, that statement earned her my full attention. “Don’t piss me off, you don’t get to decide that.” I snap. It came out harder than I intended. “This isn’t about defiance, neither is it a punishment. This is your body shutting down while while you pretend it’s a choice.” She laughs quietly and sits up, resting her back against the board of the bed, she wraps her arms around herself and I noticed thin pale lines that looks kind of purplish tucked into the softer skin near her elbow, I didn’t see blood but these lines were just too straight and they don’t seem like accidents. They’re not faded, it’s still a recent.

Ashlyn shouted as she pointed out how her mate looked at her but Vladimir just laughed at her reaction. “I am not seducing you, I’m always looking at you, Kim.” He winked at her which made Ashlyn really blush so red. “SHUT UP! YOU’RE MAKING ME BLUSH!” Ashlyn admitted that she was indeed blushing as she started countering Vladimir with the same attacks and powers over it. “Already seeing that.” He taunted more. “WHAT THE FUCK!” Ashlyn went overboard as her redness began to crawl up to her face, especially to her eyes. Without realizing it she was releasing something that Vladimir suddenly jolted at.

I ask him with the intention of taking my mind off certain someone who is still so much focused on me. "You really wanna talk to me?" He questioned, surprised. A hint of red crept on his cheeks and it took me almost a minute to figure out that he was actually blushing. "Oh my god! Are you blushing?" I exclaimed in horror and amusement, covering my mouth with both my palms gaping at him. "Shut up." He scolded and turned in his chair to avoid letting me look at his cheeks. He looks adorable when shy. Blake has slightly pale skin that makes it easy for me to figure out when he is blushing and believe me when I say so, I never ever saw him blushing before. Like never!

I took that hand from my chin and placed it on my chest, for him to feel my heart beat, and then said to him, "So does mine." We both giggled softly, obviously blushing, and I just had to tease him about it, "Did not know you could blush", while smirking. "A lot of things you bring out from me that I, myself, do not even know I could do or was possible", Lincoln muttered and then chuckled softly. "It is cute", I smiled widely at him, blushing myself, "You are cute." We got closer to each other, rubbing our cheeks together softly. We moved slowly. Lincoln hesitated for a moment, and I nodded, letting him know that I wanted this.

My hand found it in the dark, fingers pressing flat against skin that felt warmer than the rest of me, warmer than it had any right to be at this hour. I got up and crossed to the small mirror on the dresser. Pulled the collar of the borrowed shirt aside. In the low light, the line looked silver-white, thin as a hair, curving now where it used to run straight. I traced it with one fingertip, half expecting it to smudge like ink under my skin. It didn’t move. Bruising, I told myself. Stress. I didn’t believe it. Bruises didn’t grow overnight in straight, deliberate lines. Bruises didn’t hum faintly under a fingertip like something with its own low current running through it.

And then I saw it. It started at her collarbone, the smallest thing, barely visible from where I was standing, a line of darkness that appeared under the skin like a shadow that had no light source to explain it. It was thin and it moved slightly, the way something moved when it was trying to stay contained and losing the argument. Lila didn't notice it. She was still talking, still performing, her attention entirely on the Alphas in front of her and the story she was building. The line spread.

If I was blushing before, I'm red now. I shouldn't be heating up. I shouldn't be turning red. It's a nice day, a beautiful sea breeze and a few wispy clouds dotting the clear sky. My cheeks betray my dirty thoughts I pull my giant, blingy sunglasses from one of the bags and prop them on my nose. Maybe it'll disguise my blush enough that he'll stop teasing me about the amazing sex. Or maybe he'll get distracted enough with planning to forget my blush. I can only hope.

“Don’t worry, it should be normal dilated capillaries. I’ve checked myself and didn’t find any problems.” At first, she thought it might be rosacea. However, after observing it for two days, she found it was neither painful nor itchy, and it was not erythema or acne. As she spoke, she unbuttoned her pajamas, revealing a part of her smooth and fair back. Mable’s skin was very light, and her back had well-proportioned lines without excess fat. Blair stared at her back and immediately saw the red pattern on her back. His dark eyes suddenly widened! This was... He stared at the pattern on her back in disbelief, his face turning as white as paper.
