I explained. I felt Tohr's mind press against mine. He was going to wake up any moment, and my Draygon was growing ever restless to hear her mate's voice. I rubbed my head, fighting the urge to scream at him, at the Draygon… or just scream, really. I had no idea how I was going to get used to this. "It's time for you to go," I told Erik and Treddian. I heard their footfalls heading towards the opening of the cave, yet my eyes refused to leave Tohr's prone body that was beginning to move a bit. My feet took me over to him and sat next to his head in time to see his beautiful eyes flutter open.
