One night, as they sat in front of the crackling fireplace, Damian pulled a small box from his pocket. “What’s this?” Maya asked, curiosity flickering in her eyes. He opened it to reveal a silver bracelet, its charms shaped like a coffee cup, a book, and a sunflower. “It’s a reminder,” Damian said, clasping it around her wrist. “Of everything you’ve built.
