Hector spit out angrily as he threw the book on the table that I gave him. I looked down at the book that was suppose to help me on the path of fate but didn't. I reached for it and snatched it up angrily. Even thought I was lucky that they didn't follow it that didn't mean they would blame me for their mistakes. "Did you want me to give out books that told all our secrets? Or would you rather me hope that you realized everything was the opposite so that you could prepare without ever letting the enemy know?" I asked lowly.

“What!! What the hell is wrong with you?!” “Me?” the redhead cocked her head to the side. “You’re the one who is being disrespectful. I mean, isn’t it normal to get on your knees when you speak to someone of higher authority?” Cliff hissed through his teeth to limit the pain that coursed through his being, but it wasn’t working. The pain was so intense that he was sure that he would pass out at any moment. “How dare you!!” Andy, his right-hand man, screamed, then charged at the little red-headed girl holding a large hard covered book over.

She kept the Santa Monica condo. Melanie took her coffee into the living room. She found the faded blue and gold yearbook jammed in between some dusty photo albums on her the bookcase. She ran her fingers over the gold embossed seal which read Honor, Integrity, Knowledge, surrounded by the phrase "Let each one find the truth he is seeking" on the cover just below the title Abbeyville, Minnesota Class of 1972.

“Attacking your fellow student in the hallway? I know things are done differently in your house, but this is a school Miss Heavens. Such violence displays of behavior are not welcome here, especially as the school ambassador. Submit your badge and ID on your way out.” My heart drops, tears roll down my face at his final judgement. He writes down something on a piece of paper and hands it to me. I look down at it through my blurry eyes, seeing I get a week’s worth of detention for the first time, simply for standing up for myself!

But the podium in the middle was empty, like the book which stood there was taken. I look over at Colby confused, he only shrugs his shoulders telling me he didn’t have a clue where the other book could be. I take a step closer to the podiums to see what books were left, perhaps that could give us an idea of what the book missing could be called. On the first podium sat a reddish colour book, it was very dusty which tells me no one had picked it up in years to read. I reach over and wipe some of the dust from the cover, this revealing the title. “The Forgotten Truth”.

The horrifying scenes of the murders and blood in that building where we were held hostage haunted my mind and caused goosebumps to break out in my body. After long, depressing minutes of crying out my pain and nursing the deep wounds of betrayal, I staggered up to my feet and held out my phone towards the board. I clicked a picture of the plan board and grabbed the files and pictures. As I began to walk away, my eyes caught a large book peeking out of the drawer. I paused and shuffled back, then pulled the drawer open. The book fell out and I bent closer to take a closer look at the book. On the cover, it was written HISTORY AND ETHICS OF THE SCORPIO.
