Alpha Nox

Alpha Nox

No matter how much I picked at my skin, it was always there. Harsh florescent lights shone down on smooth cement walls and a dark floor. There were grooves in the tile that led to a singular drain at the very center. When blood filled those little divots, it looked like rivers of pure crimson. I knew from personal experience. My nails still hadn’t grown back. The room was identical to my cell. Home sweet home. Never one to pass up an opportunity, I turned to the camera in the corner of the room and spat at it. “The aesthetic of his place fucking sucks. What kind of interior designer do you people have? Everyone knows dungeon chic is out of style.”

Awesome book with a crazy, strong female. Has some typos and inconsistencies but still understandable as has decent grammar. Would be better if nox had shown more of his abilities to be at par with his strong mate

This was the 3rd Jane Doe book I read. Alpha nox is a really good read with a badass female lead. You're a talented author and I can say you've become my favorite author! My heart broke into pieces at some point but intense emotions are what I love the most about your work! Good job, Jane!

Horror Game With My Cheating Ex

that way. "Speaking of difficult clients," I found a pack of crackers and tore it open. "I once had one who wanted me to design a poster on the theme 'An Elegant Death.' I did twenty-seven revisions. In the end, he said what he actually wanted was 'The Elegance of Death.'" I took a bite of a cracker. "Is there even a difference?" "Yes," Kael actually answered seriously. "An elegant death is the process. The elegance of death is the result."

FORSAKEN WIFE, NOW A BILLIONAIRE'S GREATEST REGRET

FORSAKEN WIFE, NOW A BILLIONAIRE'S GREATEST REGRET

A white flag in a war of aesthetics he’d finally lost in the public eye. I showed it to the group. “It’s a peace offering,” Arthur said. “Or a trophy. Hard to tell.” “It’s a callback,” I said, understanding dawning. “To the sea glass Eleanor sent. He’s saying, ‘You see beauty in the worn, the broken, the common. I see it in the rare, the crafted, the perfect.’ He’s not admitting defeat. He’s defining his own territory.” “Well,” Chloe said, picking up the delicate cup. “His territory looks very spillable.” She pretended to fumble it. We all flinched.

he examined the shop shortly before continuing, “-aesthetic things like these. Just wanted to surprise her with some cute stuff. Would you mind suggesting anything?” “I'm sure you'd know your mother better than me, if you already know she likes aesthetic stuff like such,” I scoffed. “Touchè,” he smirked as I continued with checking out my things. “A man can only try getting the attention of a beautiful woman like you.” I felt his presence close as I entered the pin for Theodore's credit card.

His Regret: I'm with his uncle now

Maybe both. --- They crossed the minimalist living room together, Cassie keeping a few cautious steps behind him. The place was spotless, almost impersonal. No photos. No clutter. No sign of a life being lived. “Did your interior decorator scam you,” she asked finally, “or is ‘soulless museum’ your personal aesthetic?” He chuckled — a low sound that almost didn’t belong to a man who looked so composed. “Peace and quiet,” he said. “That’s what I bought.”

Forgotten Wife: My Ex-Husband Regrets It After I Left

Forgotten Wife: My Ex-Husband Regrets It After I Left

"Such as the book resting on a table to a cup of coffee or someone reading it in a park. An idea that evokes warmth and connects to readers’ experiences.” The more I heard the clearer the ultimate outcome became in my mind. These images wouldn’t simply serve as pictures, they would play a role in how my book connects with readers. “Is there any style you wouldn’t feel at ease doing?" Emily abruptly inquired, allowing me room to share my thoughts. I paused briefly then responded, "I’m not a fan of poses that seem artificially flawless. I prefer to appear as myself, not as an image.” “Good," she responded immediately. "That’s what we aim to demonstrate. Your genuineness.”

Thank you for the book. I was confused by the number of days left but it’s okay. I truly hope that she doesn’t give him a second chance. He doesn’t even care in the least. She deserves to find someone who treats her like a queen. I’m not against second chances but some people don’t deserve them

He explained. I had a feeling he was not just done yet, so I stopped in place listening silently whilst still eating up everything I could see with my eyes. Beautiful wasn't even a fitting word for it. “The public library should take notes from you,” I said while spotting a particularly beautiful vase. It was true. This place was absolutely gorgeous.

He just stared. "Does it meet the 'curated' aesthetic?" I asked, my voice echoing in the foyer. Adrian cleared his throat, adjusting his cufflink with a sudden, jerky motion. "It’s... striking. People will talk." "Good," I said, descending the stairs. "Let them." The Red Carpet Gauntlet

THE BILLIONAIRE SECRET TWIN HEIR

Austin said, clearing his throat, "I saw the centerpiece selection. Bold choice." "That's what I said," Alex murmured. "I love it," Austin continued, his enthusiasm genuine. "It's exactly what this space needs. Something that challenges people, makes them think." "Or makes them uncomfortable," Alex said. "Same thing, sometimes." Austin's gaze found mine. "Art should disturb the comfortable and comfort the disturbed, right?" The quote hit me like a punch to the chest. "That's what I believe." "Good." Austin's smile was soft, understanding. "Because that's what great curators do. They don't just hang pretty pictures. They create conversations."

The story has a lot of potential but still needs some work. Unfortunately, there are a lot of inconsistencies. The false time jumps and the constant changes in the plot, facts, and sequences are very confusing, and it's starting to make the story look worse. It's a shame.

I asked. He squinted at my wheel, head tilted. “Why your work so ugly?” Aurora made a choking sound as she tried and failed to cover her laugh. I placed a hand over my heart. “First of all,” I said gravely, “my work is not ugly. You just don’t have the artistic eyes to see how good it is.” Alex frowned, confusion written on his face.“What’s atistic eyes?” “It’s seeing beyond what’s there,” I told him smoothly. “Understanding the soul of the art.”
