Suddenly my vision goes hazy and the room starts to spin, I lose control of everything but manage to let three words pass my lips before I blackout, three words that I don't understand but speak anyway, as my world turns dark, they slip from my mouth before the blackness takes over. Even so, I still grab that colorful one before reading the title on the cover. “Big Magic. Creative Living Beyond Fear by Elizabeth Gilbert.” I nod my head. “Is this even a good read?” I talked to myself once again and start walking back towards the chair for me to sit on. I skim through the pages and concluded that these are new since it smells like bookstore. A flash of memory then flash inside my mind and concluded right after. “Maybe this is one of the books he bought last Saturday?” That day when we saw each other inside that stall but he automatically look away and ignored my whole existence.

Some of the books are in Latin and other foreign languages. I retrieve a copy of The Little Prince from the shelf and smile as I open the book and realize it’s a first edition. A very old book for sure, but one of my favorite books of all time. I learned a lot of life lessons reading that book as I grew up. And I read it at least once a year. It doesn’t really matter how old you are, that’s a must-read.
