Books On Elves Novels & Stories

A place sacred to the elves, but rumored to hold secrets of other magical creatures as well. Driven by a desperate hope for answers, Chloe pushed open the heavy, vine-covered door. The air inside was cool and thick with the scent of dust and dried herbs. Sunlight filtered through cracks in the crumbling roof, illuminating rows of scrolls and ancient books. Chloe ran her hand along the brittle spines, her heart pounding. This was it. This was where she might find the truth. She started pulling scrolls at random, her fingers trembling as she unrolled them. The first scroll was a collection of ancient elven poems, lamenting the loss of their forests. The second detailed the properties of variou

Damien turns to stare at me, “After everything that has happened, is that still a question you have to ask me?” My blood turns cold and I feel something snap like a rubber band inside of me. “The elves.” This time there is no flare of pain in my head. Damien studies me, coolly, “The Righ is the most treasured creation in the worlds. And yet, after feeding you all their lies, the elves still tried to kill you. They, who claim to draw their power from nature, tried to kill the very balance of nature.” There is a flicker of pain this time but my thought process is clear.

she asks. Shaking myself out of my stupor, I respond, "Honestly, I have not. I've read the Eragon series, which has Elves as an integral part of the plot. But their depictions could not hold a candle to how beautiful an Elf is." In response, she smiled, "Do not be a brown nose, dear." I attempted to deny, but she raised her hand to silence me. "Tut, tut, we have lots of molding to do. You will radiate elegance. Now go back to your room and wear leggings like a ballerina. I bought you shoes you are worthy of."

I raised my hands but indicated I surrender. “Even if… I appear… in front… of you… you won’t… be able to… see me… I am a… spirit after all… but unless… you are an Elf… you could.. see me…” My eyes went wide after hearing it. Holy crap! Seriously!? the Elf!? Arghhh why do I always forget that this is a fantasy novel. Of course! Elves won't be uncommon. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a dragon.

, Aaron asks, while munching on his goldfish. “I know a decent amount of things.”, I state. “What do you know about elves?” “There are six groups of elves: Moon, Elemental, Half, Nature, Avariel, and Dark elves. I know dark elves for their excellent skills at potions, dark magic, stealth, and fighting abilities; their ears are almost like vampires, but it’s to a slit. Avariel elves are winged elves. They have the same abilities as all other elves because of their mixed breeding; their ears also point straight out as well. Nature elves are known for their excellent hunting skills, potions, light magic, and their ability to communicate with animals. Half-elves are excellent at potions and it d

Then, Chloe saw a ghost of a smile from Jucel's lips. Outside their circle, Mai was fuming. "How dare you kill my men!" Ignoring her, Jucel opened a book that she conjured from somewhere and flipped through the pages. "You brought a book with you?" Chloe asked as she moved closer. Jucel nodded and said, "I've read about them. There were elves and dwarves around the Eastern Woods of the Diana Province. Dwarves are much slender but stronger minds than elves. They might be smaller than us but their strategies were great. I heard they participated in the war fifty years ago."

Most of the pages in the front were smudged too terribly to read anything but once it became legible, I started to shake with happiness. It was a story book! Eagerly I began reading the first story that wasn't destroyed. MY mouth dropped open in wonder at this finding. It was a shadow elf storybook, and a very old one. Page after page I flipped through the words absorbing every word that I could. The stories were full of ghastly creatures similar to the ghoulcat and the heroes of ancient Gwathendor who fought them. And their lady loves that they saved along the way. Soon enough I was hunched over the bed with the little book in my lap and my head in the clouds.

There was the odour of old wood that was hundreds or maybe thousands of years old. This is one of the historians Alves Alvario's seven records. I could tell this individual was not human just by the name. He was most certainly an elf, presuming that elves could live a long life and that the individual had lived long enough to be able to write such books. I leafed through the book. I'm Alves Alvaro, an ordinary historian. If somebody wants to locate me, they may look through my other titles. Grand Sage should be one of my many titles, but you wouldn't find me anyplace except the realms of the elves.

I shrugged it off as I asked-" Did you find out about the book of Elis?" He nodded as he blinked a few times after which his eyes went normal. He said-" It is not that easy princess. The book of Elis is not that simple to get. It's the most secret and holy book in WitchLand and was protected in a tomb" I frowned as I asked-" Tomb?"
