Books With Uncle Remus Novels & Stories

The following two weeks were nothing short of grueling. We quickly learned that Ren’s Uncle, the man who found himself in possession of my father’s books, had the means to make a portal. Relic’s like my father’s ring existed, though they were rare and highly coveted. It was the only explanation for why the books continued to jump from place to place, never staying anywhere for longer than a few days.

I said, beginning to introduce my uncle to Millie, yet Uncle Lucifer interrupted me. “Your mate, I couldn’t help but notice you address her as ‘love’,” Uncle Lucifer remarked with a sly smile. Despite the uncomfortable situation, Unlce Lucifer wasted no time getting to the matter. “Lovely to meet you. Would you be so kind as to direct me to the book I was summoned for?” I smiled weakly toward my mate, silently apologizing for my uncle’s forwardness. “It’s on the table,” Briar said calmly as she gracefully maneuvered around us, lifted the exquisite red leather book, and presented it to Uncle Lucifer.

"He's not going to be happy with me, wherever he is." She immediately started gathering the books. "I'm sorry, Uncle," she whispered, carefully arranging them one after the other. She was almost done with arranging the books when something caught her eye. It was a book she'd never seen before with the words "The Secret of the Miasma." boldly written on it.

I gave him a smile on which he scoffed at. "It is overwhelming, alright, but I still like it. This is refreshing.” I carelessly toss my hair back, the vicious curls now escaping the intricate design my aunt have plaited. I glanced around, “Did you just say that these books is about our very existence? Does it contain a guide about my mission and how I will survive here on earth?” I started to walk around, not bothered by his glare as I make my way back to his living room, the soft pad of his feet against the carpet somehow comforted me instead of making me feel threatened. “This is like being back at Eros again. My grandma’s library is just like this, except for the paddle you put on top of

’ I asked hopefully and he shook his head and then groaned; I was startled. ‘Are you okay, Uncle?’ he raised his hand, motioned me to sit. ‘I am fine, it’s just that I forgot the book I was thinking of bringing.’ I looked at him confused. ‘Book?’ he nodded. ‘It is about white wolves. I don’t know how council found that book, but I had seen it once in the library, however, never opened it. I will send it to you after going back, just remind me okay.’ Although we don’t know what is written inside the book I still hope we can find any help from it and a little would be enough for us right now.’ Lilith excused herself, she had been busy with some work leaving me and uncle alone, I was grateful f

“So that way.” 16B was a much larger section than I expected. Still, it made sense since wolves were always passing down stories to the younger generations, true or not. “Found it,” I said. It took forty-five minutes but I found a book on the Moon Blessed that was not a kid's bedtime story. “When the Goddess becomes a man,” I read out the title. From the cover, I could tell it was still a fiction story for the most part. But it was better than nothing at all.
