A Love That Lingers

A Love That Lingers

Emma stepped into the bookstore like she was entering a chapel. The bell above the door chimed softly, and the familiar scent of old pages and new bindings wrapped around her like a blanket. Jake and Lila followed behind her, their footsteps quiet on the wooden floors. A table near the entrance displayed the new releases. Front and center, stacked in neat rows, was her book. The Language of Quiet. Her name below the title shimmered faintly in the morning light streaming through the windows.

Master Buckins muttered, furrowing his brow in distaste, “Well of course we do, did you now here the count of books I told you we possessed?” “Would you mind getting some to speak about those?” Rex added, winking at Lacey while Master Buckins was looking at shelves muttering. “I do not think I would like to deviate from the current lesson plan” Master Buckins responded, straightening his posture, turning back to Rex and Lacey. “I understand master librarian, you do not wish to show us something you do not have” Lacey added in sneakily. “Something we do not possess, young lady, I could show you over 30 books on creatures you would never hear or know about that reside in this library!” Master

This is actually a book! Most of the things I read on here have chapters consisting of 800 words or less This on the other hand has chapters that are 2k words on avg. plus the content is amazing. It could use a better editor cause there are a few gramatical errors, but overall, its my favorite book!

Sir Rocket! Your stories are amazing... And I found myself addicted to your book. This Dragon book motivated me to try a dragon fantasy story too. Please try out my book "The Dragon's Fragile Bride: His to Possess"

Contracted To The Alpha Daddy

Contracted To The Alpha Daddy

She dumped the stack on our table with a thud that echoed through the quiet library, earning us a stern look from the librarian at the nearby reference desk. “That’s quite a collection you’ve got there,” Elijah laughed. “Do you think you can read all of these before they’re due back?” Thea nodded enthusiastically. “Uh-huh. And this one,” she held up a colorful picture book about a dragon, “is for you to read to me tonight.” “Well, I guess I don’t have much of a choice,” Elijah said, ruffling her hair affectionately. He took my hand and tucked one of the books we’d been reading under his arm. “Let’s go check these out, shall we?”

Traveller Of Two Worlds

Traveller Of Two Worlds

I told Baroness Lydia to bring us to the book store, which she immediately shows us the way. Amongst the lined up store on both sides of the street, Baroness Lydia told us to stop in front of a small old store, in the outside there's a signboard displayed on top of the door written "Wizard Books&Spells Emporium". on the left side of the door, there are books on display behind a greenish window. Obviously, this world still doesn't have the technology to create clear glass. As we step inside the small store, I was flabbergasted, mostly because the inside was so much larger than the outside.

Three-Years Contract Marriage with the Billionaire

Three-Years Contract Marriage with the Billionaire

The bookshop. Fielding's. The name was in small gilt letters on the glass, the specific and understated typography of a place that had been there long enough to have stopped needing to announce itself. The window had books in it, arranged with the specific and considered casualness of a display that had been constructed to look like it had not been constructed, a few volumes face-out and a few spine-out and one open to a page that I had never read from this distance and was not now reading, because I was walking past in the specific and purposeful way I always walked past.

Where She Falls, We Catch Her

Where She Falls, We Catch Her

Time. Her breath caught in the way it sometimes did when she first opened a wrapped gift. The sunbeam she had followed curved toward the door as if it, too, knew where it wanted her to go. She accepted the invitation. The Lioré library was not merely a room — it was a self - contained world. Floor - to - ceiling shelves wrapped in dark walnut and arranged in neat, towering rows, each with its own ladder on brass rails. Globes the size of armchairs stood in corners, their oceans in shades of turquoise and deep navy. Glass cabinets displayed manuscripts under soft LED lights — modern preservation in an ancient frame.

REINCARNATED BRIDE: THE VAMPIRE HIGH LORD

The table in front of them was littered with books, some of which Raven recognized from when she had organized the shelves the previous night. "Please have a seat," Adaora gestured to the chair in front of her, "I've been contemplating pulling some of these books out of the library due to their inappropriate titles. Take a look at them," she said, handing Raven one of the books from the table. Raven couldn't help but wonder what other surprises lay in store for her in this mysterious encounter with Adaora.

"...I have never been more thankful that someone underestimated the power of a good story." He glanced towards the rows of colourful bindings stretching into the distance. "Our histories survived because brave people carried them into hiding." His eyes softened. "Our stories survived because no one thought they needed to. Adelaide stopped before a broad display table. Several books lay open there, not because someone had abandoned them, but because they had clearly been placed on display. "What are these?" Arkael's smile widened. "My favourite kind."

Married at First Sight

The books and reference materials were separated by grade and labeled clearly with signs to make it easy for the students to find what they wanted. A maneki-neko was placed on the counter and a healthy bonsai tree was growing well in a vase next to the wall. There was an open novel on the counter, which was probably Jasmine’s current read. Imogen heard that Jasmine opened the bookstore with Serenity because she loved reading and could earn while indulging in her hobby. A whole bookshelf was dedicated to all sorts of novels, though it was placed in the innermost corner. This was because their shop was located opposite a school and parents did not like their kids to be distracted by novels whe

As he was walking away, the lady then asked him, “If you don’t mind… do you want to sit at the same table then.” “Are you sure? There are-” “No, I- I insist… Since this corner of the café is the best spot to read, I always sit here, I don’t mind sharing it with you.: “Ah sure, that spot was something I had my eye on since earlier.” Kayne replied. “AH, REALLY, let’s share it then!” Both were really awkward at each other at first but when they found out that both were reading the same book, they eventually got a comfortable to talk at each other.
