The creator has blessed us. "I'm just warming up," I say lowly, and a flicker of uncertainty passes over my warrior's faces. I dodge in at half-speed and land a hard blow to Luigi's stomach. He groans as Marco attempts to swipe at me, but I see the movement out of the corner of my eye. I duck just in time and come up with a devastating punch to Marco's face. Both males hit their knees and I smirk as they admit defeat in a matter of seconds. "Okay, damn. We know. You are the Alpha," Luigi groans, and I laugh which makes both of them smile around their pain.

Mario was speechless with his eyes wide with fear. “Did I?” Hugo yelled again. Mario shook his head. “You dare put your hands on him!” Hugo shouted again and shoved his knee into Mario’s stomach. This time he was down for good. He lay there squirming on the ground as his men looked at him from a distance. The cartel boss went down on his knees and threw a barrage of hooks and every single one of the punches landed on Mario’s face. Mario was incapacitated. Hugo walked away from the downed thug and towards Mario’s men. The men fought the urge to make a run for it.

Luigi looked like a scared dwarf in comparison! “Drop your weapons or I’ll blow his brain out,” Costello threatened. “Drop your weapons, figli di puttana,” (abusive language) yelled Luigi.

"Just kidding! You don't take jokes well. Eat up so you can put some meat on those bones." I raised an eyebrow. "Do you honestly expect me to enjoy my meal with you right in front of me?" I retorted. He leaned in. "Quite the sharp tongue you got there, huh?" "If you know, then leave," I retorted and resumed eating. This guy is disrupting my meal. I knew it; he'd just tease me. He and Luigi are so different from each other. Unlike him, Luigi is serious and hardly cracks a smile. I've probably seen him smile only twice in the weeks I've been staying here. How on earth did they become friends with such opposite personalities?

“Family. We're family. Cousins.” Nero shook his head. “No. We're not. You're a pest. A worthless piece of shit.” Luigi laughed, then groaned in pain clutching his side. “You think you’re better than me? No, you're not. You're actually worse than I am. You're going to destroy her. You destroy everything you lay your hands on. For her, it's only a matter of time before your darkness consumes her.” Nero saw red. His fist connected with Luigi’s jaw again.
