Lisa and Lira, the only twins in the group, followed it closely behind and were finally able to land a blow on its sturdy back.

Boris pulls out a gun and shoots Luigi in the head. I could only scream in pain at the loss of my brother as I am dragged out of that house.

I retrieved my weapon first before deciding to go to the place where I could see all the enemies and shoot them with my arrows. The place where the crowd was once situated retained only a few wolves. Most of them probably escaped when the commotion began. Luckily, there were still no enemies that were able to pass the gate of leaders. When I reached the tower where I could see all the enemies, I found most of the leaders fighting for their territory. I immediately shot the wolf that was approaching Luigi.

It didn’t matter now though, as I managed to flip over the Centaur’s head and land on its back. It reared up as it tried to knock me off, but I held on. Since I was able to distract him, Luka managed to take a potion and then attack the boss while I had a hold of it. It didn’t take much longer for Luka to kill the boss. This only proved that when Luka and I worked together, we were a perfect pair. It was as if we could take on anything and know what the other is thinking. Now that the eighth level was cleared, we were able to move on to the next level. I noticed that the second we crossed over, Luka’s demeanor changed again.

I looked between Lorenzo and Luigi, shrinking back into the chair as much as I could, hoping that they would just kill each other and get it over with. “We are ready for whatever that son of a mongrel has to throw at us. I interrupted his long speech when no one at the table dared to open their mouth. Then I reached out to Melissa's hands, giving her the sign to get prepared for the worst battle in history. And I know mum and dad were already aware of the inevitable battle against Big Boss and his hundreds of hungry and furious wolves. The worst part is that, out of the thousands combined, Vladimir's and dad's wolves dropped lesser compared to Big Boss's when they have killed each other already.

You are the Alpha," Luigi groans, and I laugh which makes both of them smile around their pain.
