Before she could speak further, Regina Lennox called Rosalind's name, waving her over to a twittering crowd of ladies who were gathered around Brodie. He was grinning devilishly, no doubt regaling the ladies with some scandalous tale or another. Brodie had never met a woman he didn't like. While Aiden preferred animals to people, and Brock had a stone wall around his heart, Brodie's way of dealing with their abusive father had left him hungry to be loved by all without truly loving anyone in return. Brandon sighed deeply, as if weary of repeating that we could never be together. "Well, Rachel and I will be returning to Stockholm tomorrow morning, and I need to retire for the night," Brandon announced with a hint of finality. "I'll see you before I depart," he added, making his way towards the door. I wasn't surprised that I couldn't convince Brandon to be with me. Brandon is an epitome of unwavering loyalty and honor. The rogues were still there, stocking the barrier. “I can't hold it!” I yelled, I willed myself to hold on. I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned to see Brandon. He helped me push myself to hold up the barrier. I felt some of the pressure leave me. The rogues started to hit the barrier; it got weaker and weaker as they did this. “We need to send them away!” Brandon yelled, and I nodded, agreeing.

However, Blake is a highly arrogant person; when he sees Roger's indecent and bandaged body, he defaults to looking down on Roger, so he responds to Roger's greeting with a turn back. Roger didn't mind either; he raised an eyebrow and extended his hand to Gray. “Red River's alpha? Hello, nice to meet you.”
