Banished By The Alpha King:Claimed By The Cursed Lycan Beast

Banished By The Alpha King:Claimed By The Cursed Lycan Beast

Get to her. I yanked against the chains. They held. Of course they held. They had never failed before. The scream tore through me again. We must save her. Our mate. The beast’s voice slammed into my thoughts. Not a suggestion. A command. Impossible. “No,” I growled through gritted teeth. “Stop.” The chains creaked. Then they snapped. Metal links exploded across the room like shrapnel. I stared at my freed wrists in shock. Nothing had ever broken these chains. Nothing.

I am already hooked already by the introduction. I hope this is a completed story. i I am not one to complain, becuz authors need time with their family or need a break to rest. Werewolf stories are my all time favorite stories to read.

Just finished the book, caught off guard by the whole science angle and the seemingly sudden relationship between the Betas that wasn't supported throughout the story. Other than those two areas, excellent writing and imagery. Love the "unexpected" helper's redemption. Won't read the sequel.

Break the Wait

Break the Wait

He turned around and stared at me, frozen in place, my face pale. Frowning, he snapped, "Look! Why did you have to keep fighting for it? Take the card and buy a new one tomorrow. "Clean up the shards on the floor so Susan won't get injured." With that, he wrapped his arm around Susan's waist and walked upstairs. Susan leaned against his chest before turning to look at me with a hint of triumph in her eyes. I slowly crouched. The marble floor was icy-cold. I picked up a sharp shard and pressed my fingertip against the edge, letting it pierce through my skin.

CHAINS OF ETERNITY

CHAINS OF ETERNITY

Liora tried to hold her ground, jabbing desperately at anything that came near. And Kael— Kael unleashed his chains. They snapped forward like whips, wrapping around the nearest Stalker and tearing it apart in a spray of black ichor. Another lunged, only to be caught mid-leap, its body crushed as the chains constricted. The more Kael fought, the more alive the chains became, moving not at his command, but as though they had wills of their own.

Chains of Gratitude

Chains of Gratitude

A lump formed in my throat, choking off my words. I forced a small smile. "I know." That was all I could manage to say. He frowned and gently brushed his fingers over the stitches. "Does it hurt?" he asked. "You've always had a low pain tolerance." My nose stung. I took a deep, shaky breath, fighting back the wave of emotion. "I'm fine." The words were a struggle to get out. "I'll give you the Moonlight Gem necklace again at the ceremony. We'll do it right, then."

No Child, No Chains

No Child, No Chains

Nonetheless, he knew that if he actually admitted it, he would be finished. So, he stuck out his neck and pointed at me, "It must be you! You bribed Dr. Lloyd to lie! I'm your husband. How could I possibly do something like switching children and let others make fun of me for being cheated? If I really did that, may I be struck by lightning and die a horrible death!" Hearing his vicious oath, I almost laughed. Declan truly was shameless. "My husband? Have you accompanied me to a single renatal checkup? Have you ever touched the child in my belly even once? Don't you feel guilty saying this? Take a good look at what you're actually holding in your arms!"

Chains Of The Heart

Chains Of The Heart

He struck with the other arm, sent two Sentinels flying, and tore his way back into the circle. Blood coated the black armor now—mostly theirs. Still, they held. Barely. Counter after counter. Sacrifice layered over sacrifice. It was ugly, brutal, but it was working. Until it wasn’t. “Rowan—!” Alessio’s voice cut sharp through the chaos. Too late. Somewhere between one heartbeat and the next, Rowan broke free. He twisted out of Alessio’s grip, ducked under Silas’s arm, and ran. Straight toward the center of hell.

THE REJECTED LUNA’S FOUR KINGS

THE REJECTED LUNA’S FOUR KINGS

Now, we had to face the Guilt. "The Chain is about the cellar, isn't it?" I whispered. "It’s about every link you’ve ever worn, Emma," Nathaniel said, his eyes full of a weary compassion. "And it’s coming to pull you back into the dark." I stood up, my amber eyes fixed on the Alabaster Spire. Nine chapters left. The Crown was broken. Now, it was time to break the iron. "Let the chain come," I said, my voice a steady, sovereign resonance. "I’ve got the bolt-cutters."

The Divine Undertaker

The Divine Undertaker

Once he did, the Darkscale looked even more excited and yanked the chains for Caleb to hit the chains. "So that's why it can't leave the lake to chase us. The ward was sealing it," Caleb murmured, raising the Dharmic Cutter and swinging it viciously at the chains tied to the ward. Clang! A portion of the chains shattered audibly from just a single hit. "Skree!" The Darkscale looked even more excited and kept yanking at the chains, gesturing for Caleb to keep breaking the chains. Clang! Clang! Clang! As Caleb kept swinging, the chains were finally completely shattered.

Mated to My Enemy: Tamed by the Tyrant Prince

Mated to My Enemy: Tamed by the Tyrant Prince

I whispered, the word breaking. I rushed to him, my hands shaking as I reached for the chains. The smoke-iron was so cold it burned my skin, the magic within it trying to drain my own life-force the moment I touched it. The chains are keyed to his essence, Luca’s memory warned. To break them, you must provide a substitute.
