Her gaze landed on a low bunk bed, but Irish was determined not to bend or break, determined not to obey a single command. "No." Came her firm reply. "Not until you tell me what you mean by breeder." Walking menacingly towards her, his eyes stared deep into hers, as if to bore a hole in them. Then he gave out a short, creepy laugh that brought a shiver down her spine. "Breeder? It means I bought you for a f*e. I own you. You'll warm my bed and bear me a child. You'll obey my every command and I'll do with you as I please."

“Can’t we go inside and talk there?” “Don’t push it, just say what you want to say and get the hell off my pack lands.” He was a stubborn little prick. “We are looking for a woman, a breeder.” I started. “Since when can our kind have kids?” living in the damned mountain meant he didn’t know most of the things that are happening out there. “They still can’t but we have found one who can fall pregnant. Her eggs if put in another by means of IVF do produce kids. She is the only one who can do that. she already gave birth to three kids by herself and ten through IVF using her eggs.”

She insisted, rolling her eyes as she pulled away. Reid scrunched up his face as he scratched the back of his head in angst. “It’s complicated, Bri. Our father drilled it into us that mates make us weak and should only be accepted for breeding the future alphas.” Brielle’s eyes rounded as her faced paled, Ryker had obviously missed out the breeding part of his father’s history on purpose. Most likely to avoid the sudden feeling of disgust Brielle was currently feeling as she felt her stomach churn. “Don’t get me wrong, none of us want you for breeding or believe that aspect.” Reid quickly clarified as he started to notice the colour draining from Brielle’s face.

Or that’s what it felt like to him. “You can’t be serious. They are trying to limit who can reproduce with who. All that purity of race stuff. Any gene pool collapses after a while.” This was something Becky learned about when she was studying about purebreds and the process of breeding. Who didn’t know about the Hapsburg chin or the Russian royal family anemia?

the plump one says. A breeding ceremony, I did not realize that was still a thing. It was long ago when breeders were brought and pledged their bodies to the Alpha of the pack. It could happen for several reasons. The Luna could be unable to have a child, or the Alpha did not want a wife but wanted a son to carry on his legacy.

I was in a warehouse of some kind, propped up uncomfortably on a wooden chair. My hands and legs had been chained together by my captors, and after a while I could make out the voices of several people who were speaking nearby. “The bitch is pregnant,” Cole crowed, sounding like he had won a lottery as he emphasized each word. “With her looks we should fetch a pretty penny if we sell her as a Breeder.” Breeder. Just the word alone made my heart plummet into my stomach and dive up again. The practice of keeping shewolves to serve mateless males for the purpose of reproduction had been outlawed centuries ago, but every so often whispers of it spread before quickly getting hushed down.

"It was about wolves who had been exiled, banished, or killed because they were considered dangerous. It was almost like a collection of old stories about packs that had committed terrible things." Hayes's face became more serious. "I borrowed it from the library." His eyes stayed on mine. "What kind of stories?” "Different ones." I thought for a moment. "One of them was about a pack that kidnapped babies from other packs and used rituals involving them to strengthen their own bloodline. There were stories about wolves who experimented with forbidden magic, packs that tried to overthrow their Alphas, and others that were destroyed because they were considered too dangerous to be allowed to s

It cannot be a present for us from God. Let this part for later but now let me tell you an important role of time in any story. (Why a story when everything is a fact). Even before the arrival of the comet, the world is still not a part of the meaning of the unification. But in that era they knew one thing, how to respect each other. Then how does everyone become so mean and thirsty of each other's blood, money, land and whatsoever they have!? If I want to conquer this world and other worlds, I can make it happen now just by saying. But others like Ma'la, they had to struggle for the God like powers first then they had to fight against many and so many everyday to everlast at the same place.

Stories that frightened the concept of escape from our minds. In their stories, dragons were worse in real life than in the books. The aunts told tales of treacherous creatures, who hunted down women in the forests to use during their breeding seasons. The women were captured and carried off to their chambers to be used as a host body for their children. Breeders, the dragons called them. As if they weren’t mothers and daughters. As if they were worth nothing more than their wombs.

“I can’t possibly get married. I don’t even like marriage. I’m not built for it. Look at me, do I look like husband material?” “No,” I said honestly. “But unfortunately for you, perception matters more than reality. A baby out of wedlock is going to tear your reputation to pieces. Investors will lose faith. Business rivals will have a field day. And the press? Oh, darling, the press will eat you alive. But if…” I leaned forward, my voice dropping conspiratorially, “we sell this as a love story… a whirlwind romance… a billionaire finally tamed by the sweet innocent girl? Then it’s a fairy tale. Clean. Pretty. Marketable. Safe.”
