Broken Promises The Movie Novels & Stories

I’m sure I would’ve continued to obsess over it all day, too, if it wasn’t for the news I woke up to. If I thought I had a rough night, it was nothing compared to the hellish ordeal my best friend endured yesterday at the hands of the rogue who has been haunting the six-pack territory for the past few weeks. He shot her with silver bullets, kidnapped her, and held her hostage- all part of some twisted revenge plot to take out Chase. I didn’t get all the details, but it was something to do with Chase’s estranged mom and the shadow pack war. Given how close Vienna is with my family, Alpha Brock called my dad this morning to tell him what happened, and as soon as he woke me up and filled me in,

“I know.” His chest rose and fell in a heavy breath before he leaned in, pressing his forehead against mine. “Promise me,” he murmured. I swallowed. “Promise you what?” “That you won’t leave.” Something cracked inside me. I had spent so long convincing myself that Damien Blackwood was untouchable—that nothing could break him. But now, with his lips ghosting over my skin, his grip tight, I realized something. I had been wrong. Because beneath all the power, the ruthlessness, the sharp edges—he was still a man.

, " Break the promise and your account will be frozen" " What?! You can't do that mum ", " Break the promise and see". Ashley grumbled and left knowing fully well her mother was a woman of her word.

At his comment, she hit him on his chest "Psycho." "What happened?" his hands flew to her face. "I just feel like something bad is going to happen" she replied, her voice breaking. "Whatever happens I will never let you go." he kisses her hands as he puts the bracelet on her tender wrist. "Promise?" she holds out her pinky finger, and he laughs at her "Promises are always meant to be broken. "Aiden!” she yells. “Promises are for those who feel obliged.” his hands are on her face as he leans close"I don't need any petty promises you have already become a part of me baby." he kisses her.

Stop bothering me! Lucas was standing beside me. Having noticed I was in a bad mood, he asked if I was feeling alright. Kenny overheard him and instantly threw a fit. "Who are you with right now? "Why is there another werewolf's voice? Aha! I get it now! This is why you wanted to break up with me! You betrayed me!" I didn't bother explaining. I hung up. Friends sent me updates from time to time. I heard that Kenny fired his new Beta without even meeting him once.

The question lingered between us, heavy and fragile. I closed my eyes. “When the time is right,” I said. “Yes.” She pulled back to look at me. “Promise?” I hesitated. Promises were dangerous things. Once broken, they left marks that never really faded. But I also knew what she needed right now. “I promise we will try,” I said instead. She considered that, then nodded. “Okay.” We stayed in the pool a little longer after that. Isabella splashed again, her laughter returning, lighter this time. I laughed with her, even though my heart felt like it was being held together by threads.

"Like what?" I thought about it. "Like... no more secrets. No more walls. We face whatever comes next together." "Together," he repeated. "Together." He was quiet for a moment. Then he said: "I promise." "I promise too." --- It wasn't a contract. No signatures. No fine print. No Clause Seven. Just two broken people, holding hands in a sunlit room, promising to be less broken together. Lila burst in ten minutes later. "Are you done being mushy? Marta made cookies."

“No one should be allowed to dictate who I'm going to be with just like how I did not dictate any of you to take a woman. If choosing Eric bothered you a lot, why don't you order me to return to the pack? With me being in a relationship with Eric, no one will think that the three of us are mates. Your secrets…our secrets are safe. Do you want me to vow for that?” “No need to vow if you will only tell others about it. You broke your promise once. You will do it again.” “I won’t.” “I don't believe you,” Beta Maddox stated. “You broke your promise once.” I scoffed. “Why should I honor it when you broke yours first? Remember when you were supposed to take care of me because I am your mate but th

I got another notification the next second, “I’m sorry, baby girl. I’m sorry I broke my promise. You know I had to, I could bear to see them bullying you, I couldn’t take it anymore. I vowed to be there for you, I vowed to protect you. Your safety comes first, I can’t bear to see you get hurt. It won’t happen again, I promise. I would never break any of my promises to you again, I cross my heart.” I awwwed at his message because it sounds so honest, so cute. I wanted to respond to that when I got another notification from him,

His eyes watered too, “what if I don't want to be loved? What if— one day you are going to hate me, you are going to disgust me, you won't ever want to see or speak to me, or worse I'll lose you” “no you won't! That won't happen I promise—” He was cut off by Aracely's hand on his lips shutting him off. “please don't promise me. Don't tell me everything will be alright, don't tell me things will fall into place, don't promise me that we will be together for ever, because all of the promises that I have either made or have been made to me, have always been broken” Aracely cried. She cried. Normally, she never let anyone see her vulnerable but at tho point she couldn't care less anymore, she w
