Beyond the Divorce

Beyond the Divorce

As soon as he spoke, there was a brief pause on the other end before the specific location was reported. I understood. It was near the border of Foswood and Murborough, not on the main road but on a fork leading from Murborough to Bourdamun. At the end of this road was the main street of the Northum Bridge. The Northum Bridge spanned two mountains, with Foswood on one side and Murborough on the other. The bridge towered over the deep river below. "We mustn't let them get on the bridge. Has the target noticed us?"

It was a good book. A lot of the mixup/changes in names/locations was very annoying. Wish we would have gotten a little more out of the ending of one of the main villains. Chapters also needed to be longer; a lot of money spent on this book for 5-6 pages per chapter.

I loved this book. I liked all the characters and their interactions. Loved Atlas & Chloe together. Parts of the book are very suspenseful and made it hard to put down. Liked that she was a mom and a business owner. She was strong and intelligent. Hated that the book was over. Highly recommend.

The bridges were seriously awesome; they were very wide as if you could run two hover bus on them side to side, they were made up of drupinium; they were completely covered like rooms ,and looked like connection stations in shuttles and were to see through even the floor was transparent. (for properties of drupinium, look at chapter. 32 author left the chat) Ben could see everything by standing inside the bridge. He could see the grounds, the evenly spaced trees and other small facilities. After sightseeing all the things, trying to guess out what every building was, as they did not mention some in the maps, the bridge from the main building was about 500 m leading to the central. Ben slowly

Games of Invictus

Games of Invictus

I couldn't bite my tongue any longer. "Get out here and I'll wipe that smarmy smirk out of your voice," I snapped. I heard a quiet chuckle. "The one they call Jax," the man remarked. "I'm not surprised. " "I've got something!" Alyx remarked. "On the bridge near the sluice gate!" Sure enough, I could see a faint brown spot standing on a bridge near one of the dam's drainage pipes. I couldn't make out much about it, but it had to be our talkative enemy.

DIVE INTO YOU

DIVE INTO YOU

She said to Lennon as they began to search for Lady Audree. May finally got to the love bridge, she stopped running as she tried to catch her breath, running with this stupid long gown exhausted her. "I'm finally here." She said as she looked around the bridge. The bridge was much larger than she thought, there was even a cherry blossom tree planted close to the bridge. She could see many people going and coming to the bridge, there were even some couples holding hands and walking along the bridge. It was truly a beautiful sight no wonder it was called Love bridge. She looked at the river beneath the bridge, she could finally go back to her world. She just had to dive into the river to be ab

The Devil's Claim... His little mouse.

The Devil's Claim... His little mouse.

As the mansion sat perched on the hill, Sherry had not once left the place on foot. The wide bridge was made of reinforced steel and concrete, withstanding the harsh winds and rains that regularly lashed the Cross Empire. On either side of the bridge stood towering pillars with bulbs, placed at equal intervals. Walking across the bridge that connected the mansion to the mainland was both liberating and terrifying. The height was dizzying, and the bridge loomed over the sprawling city below. For someone with a fear of heights, it could easily be a nightmare.

The Black Sorcerer

The Black Sorcerer

There were Evil Horned Bunny with a difficulty rank of Bronze, but when he checked the details, it said that this bunny was quite agile and able to use the paralyze effect by shooting their horn to the target. Yman sighed. He was not proficient enough in using his Rapid Leap skill. So these bunnies were deadly for him. And the paralyzing effect was scary. He needed an enemy that was not so agile and not so strong. Sistela who was sitting on his shoulder pointed on one of the missions on screen. Yman glanced at where she was pointing. The title said: Gross Evil Rats!

Rain's Rebellion

Rain's Rebellion

She needed to see who it was that had summoned her here; she needed to know what the other person wanted. The door was about a foot open already. It took no effort whatsoever to push it the rest of the way. The light was bright when she walked in, but not so bright that she had to squint. She was shocked that The Bridge was actually a bridge and not just some sort of slaughterhouse, or a room with bloodstains on the floor. The Mothers had gone to great lengths to ensure their fabrication was as believable as possible until the bitter end. The bridge was constructed of some sort of metallic material that glimmered in a soft silver light. Either side had a white railing that might’ve been made

Unexpected Mate: The Cruel Alpha’s Little Wolf

Unexpected Mate: The Cruel Alpha’s Little Wolf

It stretched the full length of the bridge, matching the first so naturally that anyone visiting for the first time would never have guessed it hadn't always been there. I walked forward at an unhurried pace. My fingers brushed the cool metal of the new railing as I looked down at the river below. As if on cue, footsteps sounded behind us. I turned to see the foreman approaching, removing his cap as he drew near. "My Luna." "Elder Rowan." "It's good to see you again." "And you." He glanced towards the bridge with unmistakable pride. "We finished three days ago." "I can see that." "It looks excellent."

“…that it belongs to the ones willing to share it.” Charlotte’s heartbeat slowed. Everything she’d seen. Everything she’d felt. The bridge had never rewarded strength. It rewarded trust. Emma’s sabotage. The anonymous photographs. The emotional attacks. Every attempt to divide them… …had somehow made the bridge stronger. Because each time… They had chosen one another instead of fear. ⸻ Without warning— A scream echoed across the park. Charlotte spun around. The man in the gray jacket had grabbed a woman near the playground. Parents began shouting.

Kidnapped by My Sister's Biker Mate

Kidnapped by My Sister's Biker Mate

the speed increased, we caught up with the others and even surpassed them. The further we went the chiller the air became, even the day darkened unnaturally, my heart nearly leaped into my arms on sighting what was before us. A long endless bridge, carved with skulls, some in their wolf form, some in their human form, the bridge rumored to have no end. “You can't be serious. It actually exists” I muttered, “forged from the bones of everyone who failed to pass,” Cain’s voice turned solemn, “Aria, shut your eyes,”
