I told her, trying to act casual. “Hello everybody. I am Professor Atlas, your combat instructor,” Professor Atlas said breaking into our conversations. His voice boomed across the arena silencing the entire room immediately. Professor Atlas was a tall and buff-looking man with a buzz cut and tattoos going up his arms and across his torso. He stood in front of everybody wearing nothing but a pair of sweatpants. His shirt was removed, revealing his abs and I could tell from the ladies around the room, that he was swoon-worthy. However, I didn’t feel the same attraction to him as I would to Xaden.

He always omitted my last name. I forced a smile, “It’s nice to finally meet you, Mr. Battenkurt. Heath speaks so highly of you.” “I’m glad to meet you.” Chaos answered firmly and boastfully as he pulled his hand the same time she pulled his. That was it. That was all it was. He didn’t say anything else and anything more. He just sat there, and talked with Heath as if he didn’t meet me days before. As the people continued chatting, courses 2, 3, 4 were served one after another, Chaos was engaging with these people and he really sounded smart in terms of business. I quickly get up, bowing my head and greeting each person individually before they urge me to sit back down. “So, why are you here?” the third woman asks, Mrs. Ruth, the committee's assistant chairman.
