All eyes were fixed on them, waiting for what they had to say next. “Dimitri is stable now, you can go talk to him.” One of the doctors announced and we all rushed inside the room. “Who did this to you?” I asked in a calm and gentle tone. Dimitri looked at me with an impressive smile and I frowned my face. “So you love me this much.” He said with a grunt and sat upright. “I honestly do not know, but I think it has something to do with Alpha Sebastian and his pack members since they’re the only ones I have crossed recently.”

“Rogues and wolf blood don’t mix,” Dimitri says simply. “He is not a natural being. But no matter… you say he can poison people?” I nod, afraid of what he can say. I was planning to use that as a bargaining chip for his help, but it seems that he’s not even asking for that anymore.
