Serena reminded her. Maddie's emotions calmed down slightly upon hearing this. She realized that Serena was right. Who knows what the future holds? She needed to stay calm. Just as Maddie was sitting there stewing in her thoughts, her phone suddenly rang. The name "William" appeared on the screen. That coward! Maddie thought to herself, remembering how he had fled in front of Liam. She was annoyed but knew that he still had value. She couldn't show him any disrespect. Maddie adjusted her expression and patiently picked up the phone, "William?"

William greeted me. “Thank you.” William smiled at me and then faced Sir Calix. “Did you send for me, sir?” he asked, his voice still respectful. “Yes,” Sir Calix answered casually. “Put your contact number in Nathalie’s phone.” William turned to me in surprise. While I doubt it’ll be necessary, I figured I might need to call him for emergencies during my last few days at the mansion. I took my phone, unlocked it and put it in add contacts then gave it to William. After a few seconds, he returned it with his contact number saved.

She can imagine how hard it would be for him to manage that. "Do you want to help me with that too?" He asks smirking at her. She rolls her eyes, "No, I will not." And then she walks out of the room with a smile on her face without anymore word. William rests on the bed smiling broadly before his phone starts ringing. He reaches for it and glances at the caller before walking over to the window. He looks toward the door before answering. "Ciao William." The deep masculine voice says from the call end.

They said Charles Smith was weak? Were those girls brain-dead? Even he had to consider Charles' feelings and be careful around him. Someone like that could be considered weak? William really didn't know what to say. Who could understand his thoughts at this moment? He really wanted to go back and eliminate all those idiots! Just then, William's phone suddenly rang. He looked at it and saw that it was a call from Rivas. He was suspicious as to why Rivas would call him, so he cautiously held the phone to his ear.
