Godfather World

Godfather World

Yet, it was the worst cake Zen had ever created in history. Of course, the dungeon creator thought to include Lores in this dungeon. Zen was almost certain there was a hidden side quest somewhere. However, he did not have the luxury of time to explore them when he was getting carried to the vanguard members. “According to Greek mythology, when Medusa was slain, she birthed two children that belonged to Poseidon. The flying hogs we saw earlier were Chrysaor’s descendants. However, the boss is the actual twin brother of the flying hog. You wouldn’t guess they were twins if not for their wings,” Damian smirked. “After all, who would associate the beautiful Pegasus with the boorish Chrysaor?”

Hale Academy: University of Sui Generis

John asked as he stood up from where he’d been writing something on the floor, with chalk. “Rare, but then again rarer still are the demons and gods”, she muttered, “The common supreme beings happen to be chimeras, Kitsune, Hydras, Medusa, Kraken, a lot of nymphs and sirens, a lot of Greek mythologies if I had to be pedantic. Oh! Your homeroom teacher Mr. Edwards is a Leviathan, and his wife is a siren I think, we’ve had the first werewolf too; The Beast of Gévaudan and Fenrirs too, a Minotaur and Basilisks. I personally have known three different Basilisks”, she listed as she tried to recall the different Ascendants she’d met. “I thought if one existed, another Ascendant of the same kind co

THE BURNT FACE LUNA

THE BURNT FACE LUNA

"What does it matter?" Gage sighed, looking down at his reflection in the dark water. "Centaurs are seen as an abomination to the high magic councils, Kyla. We aren't shifters who can hide as humans, and we don't possess the magic of the witches or the nymphs. To the rest of the world, we are just natural-born warriors who live long lives. We can't procreate with anyone but our own kind, and even that is impossible for me as well ..." He trailed off, his voice cracking.

Losing My Siren Luna

Losing My Siren Luna

My hair and my beard were once again the golden red hue that signified who I was. I turned in a circle, wondering where to go. There was a massive ocean, still and beautiful, with creatures of the ocean playfully swimming in the peaceful water. Mermaids and sirens alike were dancing under the surface, playing joyously together like they were rarely able to on earth. The jealousy of magic kept us apart. Sirens often felt superior and mermaids felt belittled. Jealousy and pride were not existent in this place, leaving only love and friendship. There was a large open field with the centaurs that once roamed the great plains of the center world before the land was overrun by the devils that brou

One of the best books I read. A heroine I respect, a society where men serve women they love, women’s and children’s rights. Sirens, fairies, elves and dark fae. A reminder that everyone has a story, experiences make you, the importance of communication and to seize the day - you only live once.

Whispers of Frost and Fire

Whispers of Frost and Fire

Mom took a deep breath, her gaze turning distant, as if the memories were playing out before her eyes. The Story of the Priestesses “When the world was young and men had just begun ruling over the land, the Moon Goddess, Selene, and Zeus fell in love. Together, they had eight children: Narcissus, Pandia, Ersa, Horae, Musaeus, Eiar, Theros, Phthinoporon, and Kheimon—the Goddess of Winter.

The Bad Son-in-Law

The Bad Son-in-Law

The Mongols often attacked cities in Greece. According to the myth, the Centaur lived hidden in the dark forest. They respect the forest like their own mother, hunt animals as necessary, and try their best not to stand out. The entire Centaur race is male. They reproduce by kidnapping a female human to then marry and hold her captive until she gives birth. After the baby Centaurus was born, the women were returned to their respective villages. According to legend, Hercules died at the hands of a centaur named Nessus when the Centaur tried to take his wife. Hercules then lived happily with his previous wife (whom he killed at Hera's provocation) on the top of Mount Olympus.

RENAISSANCE WEREWOLF

RENAISSANCE WEREWOLF

"Centaur's appearance was the result of a love affair. At the time, there was a great beauty in my city, and my father was the king. Centaur had fallen in love with the wife of the god of war. He was afraid of being discovered, so they would often meet in the forest to be together. But one day, Centaur discovered another man waiting for his estranged lover, and the two of them fought. As a result, the god of war cursed Centaur to never again live among humans..." Startled by a loud noise, their attention was drawn towards the door which had been flung open.

The Sinful Nights

The Sinful Nights

Marcus watched, hidden by the thickness of trees as the young woman knelt down by a small bush and started to pluck the berries. Her gown was plain, a dull red against the lush green of the grassy hills. It was a shame her long blonde hair was bound in a braid. It made him itch to run his fingers through it. A woman's hair should flow loosely over her back so that it could catch in the wind. No matter, once she was a part of his camp, she would keep her hair loose. It was the way of the females. Just for second, he felt doubt. He knew the people of her village told stories. Stories of how dangerous centaurs were, how they r*ped their women and pillaged their homes, burning them to the ground

Aphrodite

I struggled to speak, swallowing nervously as I straightened up and tried to break my hand from his but he would not let me go, "n-nothing..." He hummed, his eyes looking me head to toe for any wounds, "I suppose you are correct, my Aphrodite," he paused, leaning down and placing his forehead on mine, "there is always some truth to myths. I, of all people," he pressed his nose against my button nose, his lips a breath away from my own, "should know that."

Athena

Athena

Iris shook her head vigorously, and both laughed for a second, but again silence swarmed in the room like clouds. "You know, Theia," Iris gently kissed her daughter's temple, "they say it's not wise to name your daughter after the names of the gods. But I did it anyway, you know why?" Athena shook her head, indicating her curiosity. “Because Athena symbolizes love, intellect, and battle strategy,” she sighed deeply. “I always thought you were my little fighter. Maybe I shouldn’t have named you after her, and you wouldn’t have had these many struggles in your life.”
