I knew if I declined it was going to be my end. I breathed heavily, watching him bite down on his lower lip. “Wh… what are you… doing?” I mumbled, pressing my thighs shut. “Come on,” he moaned. “You have to do better than this, I don't have time to play hard to get, Lena” He called my name with a strange familiarity, and his scent was oddly striking. His hands also felt like I had known him for some time, like I had felt it once in my life.

I had honed my skills through countless battles, and my special power—the Moon’s Fury—allowed me to tap into the Luna energy and multiply my abilities. I stepped into the arena, and the cheers grew even louder. My eyes adjusted to the dim light, and I noticed that the air was thick with the smell of damp earth and something wild and feral. Suddenly, the ground began to tremble beneath my feet, and from the shadows emerged a massive creature. It was a Gromar—a fearsome beast with scales as black as coal and eyes that burned like embers. Its roar shook the arena, and the crowd gasped as one.

He looks like he’s trying to breathe through his mouth and not his nose, leaving me to assume he finds the scent off-putting, too. Tasha nods. “It’s not exactly the same, but it’s similar enough that whatever they’re from are definitely the same species if not the same…things.” She says “things” in a tone that projects both disgust and bewilderment. “Alpha!” I hear Channing call as he approaches with Blake and Serafina. It takes just a moment before I realize he’s carrying a human over his shoulder in a fireman’s carry. “Who do you have there, Channing?” I ask, feeling my mouth go dry and the sensation of my stomach dropping, fearing the answer.

“From what I understand, you’re still symbiotic. The longer you stay out, the more independent you become. But for now, you still need each other. If I were you two, I wouldn’t get too far apart just yet.” Charlene smirked. “Well, look on the bright side. Tomorrow, when I take my journey, I’ll have extra eyes and hands.” ReNew flexed her fingers, then lifted her hands, palms up. The mark on her forehead pulsed, shifting into a spear symbol. In an instant, her form changed. A powerful liger—part lion, part tiger—stood in her place. She pounced on Idris, knocking him back playfully before roaring in triumph.

He could guess they were a different kind of chameleon, as they looked a bit like rocks. "Rockyphileons. They have suuuuper long tongue and very tight grip. Don't get licked by them or you'll get your bones crushed," the girl adventurer in the group told him. She was a girl that seemed full alert and didn't seem to have a minute to cool down. Jai hummed. "Okay... Then long range attacks. From their name, I can guess their element is earth?" "Yeah. Which means you'll actually be useless in this," one of the male adventurers said a bit coldly. This young man was a brass looking person and didn't seem to like it that Jai tagged along since the start.

I greet him nicely. He lifted his head and look me in the eye “oh, yes, I am from group 5 as well, waiting for the others. May I know your name? I think it’s raining heavily there in their places” he looked up to see the sky tonight. The beginning of a new year is still in a rainy season and it’s hard to predict the weather.

She replied with a smile. "That's huge for you, congrats." "I bought a gift for you to show you my appreciation." She said bringing out a medium-sized box from her bag. "I...wanted to get something expensive for you, so I got you this." Philip accepted it with a smile and opened it, then he brought out a pen, which had his surname CRUZ engrafted in the body of the pen. "I figured out that you love writing because of the letters you send whenever you want to inform anyone." The both of them laughed and Philip took another look at the pen. It was beautifully blue, with some engrafted designs on it.
