Divorcing The Billionaire On Valentine's Day

Divorcing The Billionaire On Valentine's Day

ADELINE The phone slipped from my grip but I could care less what happened to it. There was no coming back from this. There might have been a glimmer of hope if I was some famous celebrity who could flip over scandals with one press conference, but I wasn’t. I was Adeline, a mere gold digging commoner whose father had too much of a gambling addiction to be anything but a bum. Elena Archer’s exact words, not mine.

Chasing What Can't Be Had

Chasing What Can't Be Had

I had only glimpsed him from a distance then. I thought he seemed cold and distant then, though his deep, dark eyes were bright. At least they were shining when he looked at me. But… Why would he keep my photo, even placing it on his desk where he could easily reach it? "What are you looking at so intently?" Clayton walked in as he passed the study and noticed the light. He came closer when he saw me standing by the desk, staring fixedly at a book. When he realized I was looking at the photograph, his expression instantly froze, and his ears gradually turned red.

Chasing You

Chasing You

He immediately closed his eyes and yelled out to the other wolves ‘’ it’s wolves bane , so it has to be hunters and they might still be in the building start the search ‘’ He turned to me and continued ‘’ my apologies Alpha king we’ll go find the culprits now ‘’ With that all the wolves exited the room all running out and Adrian said ‘’ there’s no way it was an hunter , the wolves bane might have slowed Rox down but a human still wouldn’t stand a chance ‘’ ‘’It definitely smells human, and the lingering kind too they’d find the killer I no time the scent is strong ‘’ I answered walking out ‘’Hmmm Alpha what do you mean scent I don’t smell anything ‘’ Adrian pointed out making me stop in my t

Chasing the Golden Trinket

Chasing the Golden Trinket

Might be an illusion or reality warp spell. The van stopped for a while and suddenly, we went down the steep hill. Eve was screaming, while Louise is clinging to my arm for dear life. I also heard masculine screams from the boys which made me lightly chuckle. The breathtakingly deadly hill was conquered and now we’re back on land. But I noticed that we weren’t moving forward, we were moving downward. “Guys, it’s quicksand,” Gab announced. “What?!” Eve shrieked. “Someone has to go out and levitate us!”

My Luna, My Son, My Regret

My Luna, My Son, My Regret

Adeline urges, grabbing ahold of the reins, ready to take control. I chew my lip, grunting before I force myself to turn my back on the house and shift. My clothes ripped mid-air but I didn’t take the time to turn back and pick them up as I felt the evil presence closing in. I need to get out of here, and fast. Sprinting deeper where I came from, I kicked my legs and ran faster than ever before. Adeline was a fast runner, and when instincts kick in her first move was to run. We ran for a period of time before we halted in our tracks.

Love the story, writing was intense and keeps the storyline moving. I just would have like to have seen the family reunion. Overall amazing writing but be ready for some intense scenes that can trigger some of you. Happy reading!

Needs a little editing, but still really interesting. The author has a way of storytelling that helps you fully immerse yourself in the story. The FMC is the typical weak to strong, but the story has tons of potential. I hope the writer doesn't intend to rely on clichés/tropes.

Chasing His Ex-wife Back

Chasing His Ex-wife Back

(Evelyn’s POV) The city lights streaked past the tinted window. neon reflections smearing across the glass like a painter’s reckless brush strokes. I sat motionless in the Backseat. My fingers absently tracing the Seam of my dress as the adrenaline still pulsed beneath my skin. The rush of power. Of dominance. Clung to me like expensive perfume, heady, intoxicating. I made my move. And it was a bold one. My phone lay face down on my lap, its screen dark, but the words I had sent still burned in my mind.

Chasing My Ex-wife Back

Chasing My Ex-wife Back

Ada, the head chief of the daycare center, spoke as she guided us inside the building. "We hope so. A book will open their eyes to the world. It's probably early for them to understand, but we just hope they will enjoy these and grow a habit and love for reading." Kevin replied, and I almost choked on that. He sounded wise, the exact opposite of the waggish person he portrayed to the people close to him and in casual situations. Well, he indeed has that side. I just couldn't take myself to witness it sometimes. "You're right." Then Ada brought us to her office to drop the books and divided them based on age.

Chasing Rejected Mate

Chasing Rejected Mate

Some of the comments were very good and she will respond politely. Wolf browsed the table of contents while listening, and finally clicked on a chapter called "Falling into the Water". When he clicked on it, he was shocked to discover something: It turns out that that winter, he fell into the lake, and she saved him. And he always thought that it was a passerby who saved him. It was not.

My Hockey Alpha Mate

My Hockey Alpha Mate

I slam my mental walls shut…he clearly needs time to chill…and I needed the space to breathe. This was the torment I had been dealing with ever since I met Adeline in my literature class a week ago. Dax had been making my life a living hell with his relentless demands to mate and mark her. Heck, I couldn't even remember how many times he had forced me to run to her window under the cover of night….just to be close enough to inhale that intoxicating scent of hers…. It was the only thing keeping him sane…that…and a brutal spar with some of the pack warriors.

Chasing My Runaway Wife

Chasing My Runaway Wife

“Poor girl. She’s such a gold digger. Imagine sharing your man—“ the other girl shuts up when I open the door, and they give me a weird look before chorusing ‘congratulations on your wedding’ and laughing. Before I can say anything, they walk away still laughing. What on earth is this about? Who are they talking about? I focus on the files before me and sigh before sorting them. After four hours of arranging, I am finally done with the first shelf. Then I move to the second shelf, and I freeze when I pick up the next file. It says. CHRISTINE PRESCOTT. Bold. Black ink. Prenatal care-four weeks pregnant. Emergency contact- ROWAN PRESCOTT. I lose my balance and fall to the ground helplessly.
