Forgotten Wife: My Ex-Husband Regrets It After I Left

Forgotten Wife: My Ex-Husband Regrets It After I Left

I thought of Noah's face. The way he looked at me. The way his voice changed. I looked away. “He did not say anything.” “Did he not try to argue?" Emily asked. I shook my head. “No.” Emily crossed her arms. “Interesting.” “What is interesting?" I asked. Emily said sharply, "He stopped chasing you then started approaching someone else. That is not a coincidence." I breathed out slowly. “Mom, you are overthinking this." "And you are in denial." I looked at her. “I am not denying anything."

Thank you for the book. I was confused by the number of days left but it’s okay. I truly hope that she doesn’t give him a second chance. He doesn’t even care in the least. She deserves to find someone who treats her like a queen. I’m not against second chances but some people don’t deserve them

Marrying My Handsome Doctor

Marrying My Handsome Doctor

With a racing heart, he scanned the area and found Emily, who had just closed the door of the taxi she had boarded. Realizing that Calvin was chasing after her, Emily quickly ordered the taxi driver to leave. Without needing to respond, the taxi driver immediately hit the gas. Paying no mind to her disheveled appearance, Calvin ran after the taxi, which had just started leaving the building. Emily was crying and sobbing as she watched Calvin through the rearview mirror. "Forgive me, Calvin," Emily whispered amidst her tears. Calvin's body collapsed on the asphalt, sitting on the ground, repeatedly calling Emily's name, hoping for a moment of empathy from her to allow him to explain all the m

Chasing Sofia

Chasing Sofia

She was one bad girl. Then there was Emily, the quiet and bookish girl who had captured my playful heart with her intelligence and wit. I wanted her, but there was no way I could possibly have her because of her 'very serious attitude'. So, to win her heart, I decided to be 'serious' just for her. And it worked, we had spent countless hours in the library, discussing our favourite novels and exchanging shy glances. And like I wanted, I got her and was with her till she got transferred to an all girls school.

He offered and I nodded. “Great!” He beamed with a smile and I nodded, praying to the goddess to always make him happy, his happiness meant the world to me. It made my bleeding heart heal beyond what stitches could do. Now I just need to find a way to help my pack and put a stop to every attack. “Juan— Aunt is here.” Emiliano announced as she walked into the garden, holding a box of chocolate. “I brought you chocolates.” She muttered, smiling broadly and I felt Juan step back as he hid behind my leg for protection.

Chasing my pregnant ex wife

Chasing my pregnant ex wife

“Elena, you have to pull yourself together—for the baby. Think of your child. You need to stay strong.” Elena opened her mouth to respond, but before she could, her body gave out. Her knees buckled, and she slumped into unconsciousness. Emma gasped, her hands trembling as she gestured to the driver. Together, they carefully lifted Elena into the car. “Drive, now!” Emma commanded, her voice tight with fear. As the car sped toward the hospital, she whispered a prayer, her heart aching not only for her friend but for the fragile life she carried within her.

Chasing back my ex-wife

Moments like this reminded me why I kept chasing her… why letting go felt impossible. My phone buzzed silently on the table. A message from Vincent. “Boss, I found something.”

The she wolf and the wolf hunter

The she wolf and the wolf hunter

Or was she still angry? I wondered to myself, as I paced around the sitting room. I decided that I was going to wait for her for the next one hour and if she still did not show up, I would go out, into the woods to search for her. (Bad idea, Emilia could kill you there) Somewhere in the woods Emilia kept on running, she knew that if she slowed down, then her staying alive would not be guaranteed. If it was only one person after her, then she would have successfully eliminated that person but no it was not the case. She was being chased by a group of armed men.

Chasing Dylan

Chasing Dylan

I whispered, speed-walking down the stairs and out of the English building. “What is it? Did something happen? And why are you whispering?” “I’m whispering because I don’t want to look like a lunatic.” I said, sitting on an empty bench next to the building. “Callum, Jace freaking Adams is in my English class.” I gushed. “Chase who?” He asked. I shook my head, forgetting that he couldn’t see me. “Cal, I said Jace. Jace Adams the actor. He’s in that ridiculous action movie you love.”

Chasing after Him

Chasing after Him

I shook my head in annoyance at the thought of having Canon on my mind. “Hi. I'm Elvis Stark, new here?” He asks nicely. I smiled sweetly and reach for his hand. “I'm Mallory Evans. Yes, this is my first day.” His eyes widen in shock and he quickly smiled at me. He welcome me into their workplace, he's one of the stockholders in this company, and he has a larger share compared to others so he has a high position in this company.
