On my way, I call the police and inform them that my wife is missing. ​ I’m going to find her no matter what it costs. ​ The airport is filled with people. How am I going to find her? I push past the crowd, shouting her name and screaming my lungs out. I don’t miss the way people are staring at me. I don’t even care about my reputation at this point. I just need to find my wife. My eyes scan every face, desperate to find her. ​

“You’re single. You need a woman who understands the business world. Emilia is perfect for that.” Grayson laughed bitterly, rubbing his face. “I can’t believe this.” William’s voice hardened. “This is bigger than you, Grayson. It’s about securing the family legacy.” Grayson’s heart hammered in his chest, and all he could think about was Lena, her laugh, her stubbornness, the way she made him feel grounded even when the world around him was chaos. William stepped closer, voice like ice. “You’ll marry Emilia Sinclair. That’s final.”

Charles emerges, looking way to proud of himself. “I have waited a long time to find you again Liberty” “Control your emotions” Vivian whispers to me, worry laced in her words. “How is your horse by the way” The grin on his face making me sick. I say nothing. My face broad casting how somber I felt. “No fight left hey” I remain silent. Trying to rein in my surging emotions. “I never wanted to kill your spirit. That’s the only thing I admired about you. But it should work in my favour quite nicely”

While she was hugging Melinda, she noticed Maxwell—who was seated with the Riveras—stood up and walked toward her. 'Why is he coming here?' Emily suddenly let go of Melinda like she got an electric shock. "You know, I suddenly remembered something urgent, Mel. Let's get coffee sometime, okay? See you!" said Emily before leaving hurriedly as if she was running from a ghost. Lilin—who had been standing next to Melinda—tilted her head and asked, "Mommy, what's wrong with Miss Emily? Why is she running away as if she has just seen a ghost?"

After five minutes she came back with a tray of juice and cookies. "Sorry for the wait, please help yourself." Ariz put the tray in front of his unwanted guest and sit across him. "So what brings you here mister Dankworth?" Her eyes searched for her mobile phone and she spotted it beside the TV. The led light is blinking notifying her of a missed call. How is she supposed to get that without earning a suspicion from Dankworth? She didn't know what he's capable of, that's why she needs to escape right away! "Aah...stubborn are we not? I like that. Before anything else..."

Not perfect, not entirely at ease, but better. The office is quieter now as I make my way toward the parking lot, my bag slung over my shoulder. The air is crisp as I step outside, the cool evening breeze brushing against my skin. I exhale slowly, feeling the weight of the day begin to lift. Then, I see it. My steps slow, my heart sinking. Lyle is standing beside his car, a bouquet of white lilies in his hands. The soft glow of the streetlights casts a shadow over his face, but I can still see the tension in his posture, the way his grip tightens around the flowers the moment his eyes meet mine.

Meanwhile, inside the emergency room, Archie and Arwena were being treated, while Farah did everything she could to evade the police, who were still chasing her and Jake. "Hurry up, Farah!" Jake urged, even though Farah was already speeding. To him, it still wasn’t fast enough. Jake kept glancing at the police cars trailing behind them, panic setting in. He hadn’t expected things to spiral out of control like this. "Damn it!" Jake slapped his forehead in frustration. "What are you doing, Farah? They’re going to catch us! Drive faster!" he said frantically. "Shut up, Jake!" Farah snapped, keeping her eyes on the road.

I ran through the door. “Don’t let her escape.” I heard his voice that was filled with rage, he charged towards me. I sprinted through the hallway, it’s suffocating like the hallway in Jamie’s pack when I found out that Brake is fucking Ashley. My heart palpitations increase as I heard the heavy footsteps charging behind me, “you damn female, stop running,” he growled behind me, I could feel his fury raging in the hallway.
