The Surrogate Virgin

The Surrogate Virgin

If I turned back, I’d lose time and my mother didn’t have time left. The math was cruel. I forced myself inside the store, grabbed a basket, and wandered the aisles. I tossed in things we didn’t need, cereal, apples, flour, etc. My movements are mechanical and the groceries were nothing but camouflage, a paper-thin illusion. Every aisle became a gauntlet. I checked over my shoulder so often I nearly walked into displays. Every laugh, every cough, scraped too sharply against my nerves. By checkout, my hands were trembling. Outside, the night air bit into my skin as I loaded bags into the trunk. My phone buzzed in my pocket. The sound cracked through me like a gunshot. I fumbled, dropped an ap

My panties are soaked, the fabric heavy and clinging. "To the checkout," Echo orders. "Keep it together." "I can't," I whimper. "I can't stand in line." "You will. Be a good girl." I drag myself to the registers. Of course, it’s busy. I pick the shortest line, behind a guy buying a case of beer and a bag of chips. The vibration is still on high. It’s a constant, roaring fire between my legs. I stand there, shifting my weight from foot to foot, trying to look casual. I bite my lip until I taste copper.

Twin Moon Curse

Twin Moon Curse

. I just hadn't realized that everything was this low. Well, it looks like I’m taking a trip to the grocery store sooner than I had planned. Making some quick notes on my phone as to what I wanted to grab, I picked up Paula’s keys and grabbed my coat off the hook by the door. Walking across the parking lot, I was grateful that it hadn’t snowed today, so Paula’s car was still cleaned off from when she used it yesterday. I drove the short distance to the store, getting lucky that there were not too many cars there and was able to park close to the door, so I wouldn’t be walking too far in a dark parking lot. Entering the store, I grabbed a cart and proceeded to pick out the items that I needed

Without a doubt loved this book could not stop reading. Repeats a few sceans from different views in the beginning but then stops as you keep reading. You find your self not caring though because you’re so deep into the passion of the story to care.

read all on the other app in less than 24 hours, and I enjoyed all 237 chapters. I'm very excited to find the sequel. Hopefully, in the sequel, there are updates on the twin moons characters that aren't the main in the new book.

Red Riding Hood Killed A Wolf

Red Riding Hood Killed A Wolf

They should pray to the Gods that I don't come back home alone. The drive to the town goes by in a blur. One moment I'm in the car next to the packhouse; the next moment, I'm standing in line at the grocery store with a huge amount of chocolates in my hands. The lady at the register stares at me with wide eyes. "You fucked up, didn't you?" She raises an eyebrow at me. That's one thing I like about humans- some of them don't bother to sugarcoat their opinions. I laugh at her words and nod. "Pretty much."

So annoying when someone petty tries to bring down such a good book.Trust me, you will love this book.I guess the person who gave such a low rating expected a weak female lead who just gets a lot of time on her back. If you are here just for sex scenes, move on. GREAT STORY!!!!!

This is one of the books I check daily for updates. I like the many different angles (supreme hunter and alpha connection, why is alpha dad in the dungeons and will they ever get him out, etc), twists and a tough female character make this one of my go-to reads!

Mated To My Alpha Step Brother

Mated To My Alpha Step Brother

My heart jumped into my throat. Someone was there. The shadow appeared again, peeking around the corner. I could not make out any features, just the outline of a person watching me. Our eyes locked. For one frozen moment, we stared at each other. My breath caught. My pulse raced. Then the shadow fled. "Wait!" I shouted, already running. "Stop!" The guards behind me called out in confusion, but I did not stop to explain. I chased after the shadow, my feet pounding against the stone floor.

Mated (Mortal, Book Two)

Mated (Mortal, Book Two)

As I'm heading to the checkout, a group of men walk in, all dressed in black trench coats. I bite my lip, holding back a curse. Shoot. These have to be Silver Hunters. I try to ignore them and focus on the groceries, but their presence is making me nervous. As I'm paying for the groceries, one of the men steps up to the counter behind me. I can feel his breath on my neck, and my heart starts pounding in my chest. "Hey," he says to me, "you look familiar. Don't I know you from somewhere?" "Uh, I don't think so." I barely glance at him before returning to paying for the groceries. The clerk hands me my change, and I grab the plastic bag and two water jugs.

Chasing The billionaire's Shadow

Chasing The billionaire's Shadow

“You’re smart. Strong. Beautiful. Fierce. Scarlett’s blood might run through you, but she doesn’t define you.” For the first time that day, I smiled. And yet, in the shadows of my mind, one question echoed louder than all— What if the storm she spoke of… has already begun? ---

The Alpha's Impressive Mate

The Alpha's Impressive Mate

They discharged Lillian the next day from the hospital, and she was now at home. She went to sleep after doing her work, so Shadow left to get some groceries. He was in the dairy aisle when he felt like he was being watched. He looked around, but there was no one who was looking at him, which made him frown. ‘Maybe it’s because there are a lot of people here.’ He thought.

The Billionaire’s Cook

The Billionaire’s Cook

Coraline Grocery shopping was the only part of my current job I enjoyed. Solely because I didn’t have to be around Alessio or his things while I did it. I pushed my almost full cart down the frozen foods aisle, searching for the vegetables section. Just as I found it and began perusing the shelves while grabbing what I needed, I heard the click-clacking of heels coming my way. “Oh look. If it isn’t the bitch who is trying to steal my man.”

"Keep an eye out and act normal." Sarah, Amy, and Michelle exchanged worried glances but did their best to carry on casually. I gripped the handle of the shopping cart tightly, my senses on high alert. Whoever it was, they were good at blending in. No one seemed out of place in the grocery store. Soon, we finished shopping and headed to the checkout counter. My heart raced as I glanced around, trying to catch a glimpse of the person following us. But in the crowded store, it was nearly impossible to identify them.
