All of the rest were either my pictures and ours but there was a different one that caught my attention. It was like a map or a blueprint. Grace's POV “Bunny?” Prez asked, turning to Jasper. “This should be a perfect place,” he replied to the unasked question and surprised me when a huge map appeared on the white wall behind us. On the map was a huge air photo of a wooded area that I didn’t recognize, but the bikers seemed to know what they were talking about. “It’s in the woods, but accessible by car and bikes,” Steel continued, circling some lines that looked like roads. “And it’s not far from the clubhouse, which would make it seem like she just got lucky and escaped.”

Chapter 3 Sweet Escape I run my fingers to the pieces of equipment inside the room. It's dusty and old but hell yeah this is what I am looking for. I walked inside the room and scanned the big mirror placed on the wall. It's clean because Lola Nini cleans it for sure. I looked at myself and by looking you can say I am okay. I sat on the mat to open the cellphone. Fifteen unread messages and five missed calls shook me and shook me more when it rings loudly. It's Miggy, I smiled a bit. I answered his call right away because this person might get angry again if I took too long to answer.

I slammed my foot on the accelerator, hurtling forward as bullets pinged off my doors and windows. I swerved around the final bend, the chest containing the map now in sight, perched atop a platform above the finish line. As I crossed under it, I opened my window and reached my hand up, grasping the chest and yanking it into the car just as a hail of bullets riddled the spot I had just vacated. Gripping the chest, I smiled grimly. I had the map - now I just had to escape this hellish place alive. My only thought was reaching the extraction point and getting as far away from this nightmare as I could, leaving the bloodshed and death of the arena behind.

Mary looked exhausted, her cheeks streaked with tears and grime. “There’s another settlement,” Scarlet said, holding up a smoke-stained map she’d found in the storage shed. “About twenty miles west, near the old highway. If it’s still standing, it could be our best shot.” Liam studied the map for a long moment. “We’ll move soon since the hollowed won’t stay gone.” “Should we… bury anyone?” Mary asked softly. Liam’s silence said everything. Scarlet placed a hand on Mary’s arm. “There’s no time. The ground’s too hard, and if we dig, we’ll draw them back.”

The only obstacle was crossing a river. Eve stared at me, her eyes full of helplessness. "But I don’t know how to swim." I lowered my gaze and whispered, "I’ve hidden a small boat in the cornfield. When the lantern ceremony begins the day after tomorrow, we’ll sneak away and escape." The old fishing boat had been discarded by a fisherman in the village, left abandoned in the fields. I had secretly repaired it and stashed it in the cornfield when no one was watching. Eve’s eyes lit up.

Helena and I recoiled from the strange smoke, opting to stand a few feet away. It took a few minutes but the smoke eventually began to clear. Sitting on the floor was a thin sheet of paper. Printed on the top was a detailed map of the Iridescence Pack. "Thats a shame." Helena sighed, looking down at the map. Other than a red marker that told me where I was, and a trail that lead me to the estate, nothing else on the map was labeled. This map was quite literally only to get me to the estate. "Wish me luck?" I asked with a nervous grin, which she returned with one of her own.
