Ralph’s Repentance

Ralph’s Repentance

His little wolf’s revenge is unbearable. He opened the journal again and laughed, caressing the cartoon drawings she drew. A picture of chameleon with it’s head chopped and a crying wolf with a dagger stabbed in it’s heart. He knew who she was representing from the drawings. It still humours him whenever he remembers Klara mentioning Cecelia as chameleon. Only she could come up with such funny nicknames. She calls Dylan a bald head and Milo as crooked nose and calls him as Moron. Silly woman.

The Magnate's Pregnant Nurse

The Magnate's Pregnant Nurse

Lunna Delaunayseducing my maid
"Can I see the drawing you made for him?" Clara hesitated for a second, then grabbed Maitê’s hand and pulled her inside the building, toward the cafeteria where the children did crafts. Rafael followed them, happy to see the two of them holding hands. Clara opened a colorful cardboard folder and showed the drawing: a tall man in a suit (clearly Rafael), a woman with long hair beside him, and a little girl in the middle holding both their hands. She signed slowly, pointing to each figure. Rafael translated out loud for Maitê.

His Wicked Games series

His Wicked Games series

It's very satisfying work, so much so that when I'm done with the first brochure, I pull the rest down off the wall and start to go through them one by one. In the second brochure, I make all of them pirates (complete with eye patches and parrots, of course). In the following photo, I give all of them racy tattoos. I make them into clowns and cowboys and mutants. I give them bulbous noses and giant ears and fish lips. By the time I'm halfway through the stack, I've gone through all my usual doodles, but I don't stop. It's childish, maybe, and more than a little bit dumb, but I can't help myself. I'll take any small victory against Carolson and Huntington Manor. It makes it even better to ima

The Powerless Donna’s Second Life

The Powerless Donna’s Second Life

Chloe's eyes lit up instantly, as if tiny stars had fallen into them. She nodded vigorously. For the next half hour, I patiently guided Chloe as she molded imaginary animals from colored clay and decorated her "secret garden" with glitter and ribbons. The little girl gradually let her guard down, giggling happily. She even crawled into my lap on her own, wrapping her arms around my neck and coaxing me to help her mix the "color of the ocean." Julian leaned against a display rack, his hands in his trouser pockets. His deep, gentle gray eyes watched us, unwavering, as we played together on the rug.

The Dance of Fates: Bellatrix

The Dance of Fates: Bellatrix

There were rocks flying around and into the trees where the Clovers were hiding. Chloe had jumped into the air the moment the Black Shaol dived into the ground. She then went towards the neck of the saber and was going to cut their heads off with her sword when she felt a tingle from her nape. She moved to the side in time to dodge the tail of the scorpion which also held the venom of the poisonous snake. "Tch. This one's troublesome," Chloe said in annoyance. "Jus!" Jucel waved her arms around in an elegant swing and danced in the pattern of the wind. The wind began to follow her command and swirled around the monster's body, bringing in the rocks and sand dunes.

This gave me a great fantasy-themed anime vibes, those series which took place in an entirely different world with loads of adventure to occur. Those who are into adventures with multiple unique characters to choose from would defo enjoy reading this piece.

The Omega's Fate

The Omega's Fate

Chloe burst out, excited as she grabbed the magazine. Ethan chuckled. "Didn't quite fancy you as a nerd." "Me neither," Chloe said complacently. "We all know only nerds can spend ten dollars getting a five pages magazine only to find out bizarre challenges." "How many challenges have you done?" "None. Not since our parent's demise." She opened the front page and saw a cartooned picture of a ninja with purple eyes holding two long swords and wearing black cloaks. By her right-hand side, she could see a silver-haired man with a crown on his head, holding a green jewel in hand, and on the other side is a man in a hat, having a scarred face and stripes all over his neck.

Breaking Daddy's Rules

Breaking Daddy's Rules

“I already sketched like five versions. My wrist is dying. I could sue you, you know that, right?” I laughed, dropping a pillow on his lap. “Tyler, you’ve drawn five ideas that all look like three different episodes of RuPaul’s Drag Race.” “Okay, rude, but also… fair,” he muttered, flipping to another page. “I just want something fresh. Something dramatic but wearable.” “You’ll find it,” Chloe said, then flopped back onto the centre rug. “You always do.” There was a beat of silence before Tyler sighed and tossed his sketchpad onto the coffee table. “Alright. Let’s shift gears for a second. My birthday’s coming up, and I’ve been thinking…”

My Ex's Boss is My Baby's Father

My Ex's Boss is My Baby's Father

Another showed a figure standing slightly apart from a conventional grouping, the space between them both visible and not empty, filled with something that was neither belonging nor exclusion but something more complicated. The drawing Chloe kept returning to was one she thought depicted the period of Emma's school difficulties. A small figure surrounded by other figures whose faces were simplified to the point of abstraction, expressions suggested rather than rendered, each one oriented slightly away from the central figure in a way that created isolation without depicting cruelty explicitly. The central figure was not collapsed or diminished. It was simply very still, holding something tha

Becoming Chloe

Becoming Chloe

Beneath them sat a small, dust covered wooden frame. I reached out with a trembling hand and picked it up. It was a photograph from the end of eighth grade. Chloe and I were standing in front of the local ice cream parlor, our arms wrapped tightly around each other's shoulders, our faces smeared with chocolate. We were laughing so hard our eyes were squinted shut. It was before the high school social ladder had ruined everything, before she became the queen bee and I became the ghost she ignored.
