Dark lacy clothes, covering nothing showing her private parts. Brown dark curls falling around her shoulders, red lips tinted her smirking mouth. Nasty. She elegantly walks over to me, Cylester stiffens on my shoulders, his nails sharp and jutted out ready to attack anyone who wishes me harm. "I am Wuna, a witch from Mericel coven." She says.

“I want to offer you something. A solution to your problem.” “I don’t have a problem.” “You lost her,” the witch said. “The woman you wanted. She chose someone else. And now you can’t stop thinking about it.” My jaw tightened. “That’s none of your business.” “Perhaps not. But I can fix it.” She reached into her cloak and pulled out a small pendant. It was silver, shaped like a crescent moon, and it glinted in the fading light. “All you must do is have her wear this pendant. I will take care of the rest.”

We lifted our hands to open a portal and we both whisper "Hall closet" so the crazy witches couldn't see where we went. And giggling, we waved. I had learned that the witches held a rule that outsiders should not wear cloaks, as it identified them as part of their kind. With this in mind, I ventured into the cave.

The witch removed her cloak and Rozelyn realized she was a redhead girl—and too young, probably younger than Rozelyn. The redhead witch ran to the tree to where Rozelyn was hiding and she saw Maebh’s eyes widened.
