Arla: White Wolf, White Witch

Arla: White Wolf, White Witch

She turned to Lorenzo as she continued. “You asked before, Alpha, about my cloak. The colours represent a witch’s primary source of elemental magic. They gave me a red one at first, but I can actually wield all four elements - fire, water, air, earth - and I can combine them. I’m the first white cloak in this coven in over one hundred years and there are only a very small number of us in the entire world. So now I just use my red cloak when I’m out gardening, because it’s too hard to keep the white one clean, even with magic.” “I always said you were going to be a badass,” replied Drew, in awe.

I read this book in a few days. This was one of the few books that had a great storyline that flowed effortlessly. Minimal if any grammar errors and a captivating group of characters. I would definitely read another book by this author! Can we get a book 2 about Drew and any updates on Arla and clan?

SNOW WHITE And The Supernaturals Of SHADOWVALE

SNOW WHITE And The Supernaturals Of SHADOWVALE

His eyes glowed a brilliant red, and in that moment, I knew that nothing would ever be the same again. As the ritual concluded, Cassius turned to a mysterious figure lurking in the shadows of the mansion. As she stepped into the light, her enchanting beauty was revealed, adorned in a flowing witches' robe and a pointed hat. I recognized her instantly as Agatha, a witch who had visited the mansion on numerous occasions, her purpose clear – she desired the potent blood of Cassius, a elixir with the power to cure almost any ailment.

She shoved open the creaking door. Within, incense and smoke hung in the air. Strange bottles lined the shelves, their liquid contents radiating softly in the dim light. The small fire in the hearth crackled, casting flickering shadows upon walls. In the corner on a stool layered with layers of tattered cloth sat the witch.

“You didn’t think I was just having a nice game of tag, did you?” Taking a second look around him, Allen could made out the faint markings surrounding the square. His stomach turning once he realized that, as the name implied, they had been drawn in blood. Plopping onto the ground in front of him, the Witch sat with her legs crossed. Unclipping her cloak, it fell away to reveal her pale thin arms. One covered in blood from the open gash it bore. It soaked into the black fabric of her shirt. Its long sleeves crisscrossing around her long arms and neck in such a way that it left her shoulders and the tops pf her hips exposed. Disappearing as it plunged into a pair of leather shorts that latche

HOUSE OF WITCHES

HOUSE OF WITCHES

“But you can save yourself and get what you want if you help us destroy a monster.” “What monster?” Justin asked. “The crow.” Lelia said. Earnestine stared at her, she felt there was something off about this witch but she couldn't tell. Claus was sitting on his desk with his arms folded while Marcus was standing close to him. Wendy had returned to his seat while Marcus was attempting to prove her wrong. “Marcus Mordecai. Go on, prove her wrong. Hagen's left Weston Hills or he was murdered by a witch or some sort of vampiric creature.” Claus chuckled. Marcus steadied his gaze on Wendy before speaking out.

His Witch, Her Alpha

His Witch, Her Alpha

I wonder as I try to pull away again but to no avail. "I'm sorry. "I whisper before saying the incantation that releases his hand and throws him across the lawn; he hits the grass as I run to the door, another growl sounding out, but this time no screams follow. I twist the handle frantically. Mom, grandma, where are you? The door is closed, and it does not budge. I step back, take a deep breath, and whisper another spell to open the door, but it repels, striking me; I stumble back before regaining my footing. That is right because all werewolves have their witches who protect them. I grunt, feeling the side effects of the repelled spell. The growl sounds again as I start pounding on the doo

The Dance of Fates: Bellatrix

The Dance of Fates: Bellatrix

"Lucian and the others were locked into the academy. Apparently, the Great Witch made a public appearance that night. The masters and the palace wanted to make sure the younger Krysts are safe." Chloe stared at the blanket that fell from her chest. "The Great Witch simply declared war," she informed Jucel before Chloe set the blanket aside and moved to the edge of her bed. She then got off and went to her built-in closet, skimming through her clothes until her eyes landed on a certain white robe with red lining on the edge. She grabbed it along with a shirt and pair of pants, and quickly changed clothes. "They're not going to make a move anytime soon." "How sure are you?" Jucel asked. She fo

This gave me a great fantasy-themed anime vibes, those series which took place in an entirely different world with loads of adventure to occur. Those who are into adventures with multiple unique characters to choose from would defo enjoy reading this piece.

The Haven Of Shadows

The Haven Of Shadows

The weight of alpha and wolf pressing against the leash he refuses to let snap. I almost call it a night when a knock rattles the front door. Three sharp raps, too deliberate for a wanderer. My wolf bristles. I signal the kids upstairs and stride forward. Zenith hovers close, clutching the steaming mug in her hands. I open the door. A woman stands there, cloaked, eyes wary and hollow. Power clings to her skin like static, the unmistakable brush of witchcraft. She grips a small satchel as if it’s all she owns.

Frequently Asked Questions

Ever stumbled upon a story that feels like it was plucked straight from your childhood daydreams? That's 'Closet Witches' for me. It follows a group of kids who discover a hidden coven of witches living in their neighborhood, disguised as ordinary people. The twist? These witches aren't the cackling, broomstick-riding clichés—they're modern, secretive, and oddly relatable. The protagonist, a skeptical 12-year-old named Mia, accidentally uncovers their rituals while snooping in her grandmother's attic. What starts as curiosity spirals into a wild adventure involving cryptic spellbooks, neighborhood conspiracies, and a looming threat that forces the kids to ally with the very beings they feared.

What I adore is how it blends suburban mundanity with magical realism. The witches debate over herbal tea blends while casting moonlit spells, and the kids' banter feels ripped from real-life playground chatter. The plot thickens when an ancient rival coven resurfaces, threatening to expose them all. It's got that perfect balance of whimsy and tension—like 'Stranger Things' meets 'Practical Magic,' but with more awkward middle-school humor.
