Aaron began to laugh, and when I turned to him he was wiping his eyes. ‘’That was fucking brilliant. You should see your face.’’

The store is crammed with all sorts of knick-knacks and gag gifts - fake spiderwebs, squishy toys, joke T-shirts, and yes - a wall decorated with various posters of clowns in various poses and sizes. The rainbow-colored hair and wide grins send shivers down my spine. It's not just Vincent. I find clowns creepy, too, but I decide to ignore my feelings about them for now.

You're the perfect fit for the job" I applauded, laughing. My laugh died down my throat when I noticed that he wasn't sharing in on my joke. I wasn't even joking but stating the obvious.
