Shifted Fate

Shifted Fate

I pointed to the strip mall. “We need descenting spray.” “Right…” I was apparently dumb because that didn’t seem like the answer to my question. I twirled my hand. “What does that have to do with the strip mall with a nail salon, a survival store, and what looks to be a tex-mex restaurant?” “Amy…where do you think descenting spray comes from?” “Same place where we get laundry stuff from. Walker’s.” Walker’s is the werewolf community’s version of a superstore. They had everything.

I love Drama
I liked the story very much as it has its uniqueness in it.. Author is talented.. It was a rollercoaster of emotions within also with a lots of twists and turns.. But there are a lots of loosends that needed closures.. However, I guess that's gonna be covered in the next book.. Definitely good read!

I love the story. So many new & unique ways she has made this lycan/wolf/witch universe has me captivated tbh. I'm a long-time reader & tired of seeing the same thing. the characters are funny. The way she addresses loss, recovery, and acceptance was touching. can't wait for more from this author ...

The Alpha's Fight for His Omega

Chastity asked. “Where did you get those?” I responded, pointing to her pants. “These? Oh. There is a comic book like store in town that has a clothing section. I got them last weekend when I took Jax there.” “I like them, but they would be better if they were only Captain America.” “Of course you would say that.”

Jess K., not sure what's going on with you (family, health or writers block). Just hoping you/your family is okay. I checked to see if you had another book on GN, going to read while waiting. Please know you have the gift of writing, you making it real for us. If this is a dream for you, dream on.

The Billionaire Ex-Wife's Return

The Billionaire Ex-Wife's Return

We followed Amber into the shop, and I was immediately hit with that distinctive smell of new merchandise and plastic packaging. The place was impressive, well-organized sections for different genres, a wall of collectible figures, racks of manga in both English and Japanese, even a small café area in the back. Amber made a beeline for the shonen manga section, and Cynthia drifted after him. I was examining a display of vintage posters when I heard a familiar voice. "No way. Is that an original cel from the '98 series?" I turned slowly and found myself face to face with Bryan and Devian.

Her Bloom Isn’t Red Anymore

Her Bloom Isn’t Red Anymore

Chapter 2: She Tasted Like Trouble And Felt Too Familiar II They fell into an easy rhythm after that. The store was narrow, shelves leaning a little too far with secondhand fiction, occult guides, poetry chapbooks, and oddly specific memoirs no one asked for — but somehow, they sold. Aria loved it: the smell of aging paper mixed with dust, the hush that seemed to settle like a blanket, and the way time warped in corners where lives were stacked so densely on shelves you could almost hear their echoes.

I release his shirt and pat it down, and then I open the door and step out to the sidewalk before I change my mind. I refuse to stand on the street and watch him drive away, so once his hazard lights shut off, I turn and walk into Cosmo's. The comic shop we've spent Sundays at since the weather turned too cold for Aspen is bright and airy for the small space it encompasses. The smell of coffee permeates the area. Exposed brick lines both walls, a large window and front door taking up the space at the entrance. To the left running most of the way along, there's a checkout and section for customers to order coffee and other hot drinks. The right wall's filled with metal shelving to display the

The Lost Sister (The Lost Sister Series Book 1-3)

The Lost Sister (The Lost Sister Series Book 1-3)

Analina’s P.O.V. With everything decided and my mother Liliana involved, the three cakes chosen and the party divided into its trio of lively sections, only a few tasks remained on my checklist. Now, the focus shifted to the sparkle and surprise of the event—decorations and presents for the three boys. I tapped my pen thoughtfully against the notepad, imagining vibrant streamers, clusters of balloons, and banners in hues chosen to match each boy’s personality. Tombstone, Arizona had its quirks, but I knew just where to look. The first stop would be the historic Allen Street, dotted with quirky shops like The Fun Frontier, famous for its themed party supplies—cowboy hats, faux mustaches, and

Under the Blue Moon

Under the Blue Moon

With that done, I headed off to book a seat at TGI Fridays for later in the evening. With that done, I headed to the comic shop and got myself a few comics to read and a cute little keyring. I wasn’t a huge comic book fan, but I enjoyed a few mangas here and there depending on the plotline they had. Berserk was probably one of my favourites, but the volumes were always bulky so I usually ordered them instead.

Now that is locked ahead, it's way easier to decide to read this story or not. A strange group of younger kids appeared that doesn't seem werewolf! Now that's more like it! Mystery, tension, questions! I wonder if they are friends or enemies... and what about the hunters? Where are they...

Crimson Bloomed: Ascend

Crimson Bloomed: Ascend

"Then no." They worked in easy silence after that. The store was narrow, crammed with secondhand fiction, occult guides, poetry chapbooks, and weirdly specific memoirs no one asked for but somehow still sold. Aria loved it. The smell, the hush, the way time bent in corners when you were surrounded by too many lives stacked on dusty shelves. A box waited behind the counter. Niko tapped it. "From some estate guy. Might be haunted." "Everything in here might be haunted."

Selene's Chosen Queen

“Actually... we can order them on A****n, but the person who wrote them has a store in Edmonton and sells the books there.” “Oh? I have some people in Edmonton right now, I can get them to stop in and pick them up, if you’d like.” “I wouldn’t want to inconvenience them.” “You said it was a store front? Like a bakery store front?”

To which he looked at me with a confused look and pass me a WHY-ARE-WE-GOING-THERE look which I ignored. I and kova stood in front of a store that says, 'Comicon which is owned by our great handsome friend that is in his twenties with jet black hair, blue Ocean eyes that girl get whoosh for with a great build body Charlie Gomez. We walked inside like we owned the store. It wasn't that rush here as it was still 11 in the morning, BUT let me tell you the vibe of the store was awesome and cool, the store was having many shelves with the latest updated comic, and the shelves were pretty colorful the one beside the door was yellow had anime dolls, I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT'S CALL, the other shelves we
